Can turn it around though. For all those that bag Brooks and say halfback of the year means nothing, then surely the same applies to slimy.

This is the funny part. It has to apply, otherwise they kill their credibility. Notice the Brooks Dally M bagging stopped around the same time it looked as though Moses was going to win that same award. Coincidence maybe, but funny timing nevertheless.

Not really, but I suppose that all the people saying when Brooksy won the Dally M it proved he was the best halfback in the comp ....will know genuflect to the new king of halfbacks Mitchell Moses.

I said it last year, I will repeat for the slow learners, the positional awards are a joke.
Brooks didn’t”t deserve his, last year, Sivo never even got nominated this year, Marsters did, Mitchell wins centre and Moses halfback.
The overall winner is really the only credible award.

Congratulations Teddy you certainly deserved this accolade! The tall poppy syndrome is alive and well in this forum , he left for the opportunity to succeed not the money ... for god sake the club is suppose to have one of the richest men in the country supporting it .. he has thousands of vacant apartments all over the country do you really think he left for the money. If the same types want to vent well vent at the people that ran the club into the ground over the last decade not a guy that did something that anyone here would of done in the same situation .
The only gripe I have with Teddy was how he did it , he should of been honest from the get go that he was leaving he knew it and for that 👎👎but other than that good luck to him ... he certainly put in for our club on the field and has gone to another level as we all knew he could ... hang your heads the administrators of our club this was your doing !

The only gripe I have with Teddy was how he did it , he should of been honest from the get go that he was leaving he knew it and for that 👎👎but other than that good luck to him ...

That's the whole point. I guess you're more forgiving than others. I can't stand the dishonest bugger. He shafted the club, his team mates and fans. Blatant lies, deception and generally being a turn coat doesn't sit well with me.

I congratulate him for being the "Biggest Tanker" we ever had. Good old Slimy "the go missing kid"
