The only gripe I have with Teddy was how he did it , he should of been honest from the get go that he was leaving he knew it and for that ??but other than that good luck to him ...

That's the whole point. I guess you're more forgiving than others. I can't stand the dishonest bugger. He shafted the club, his team mates and fans. Blatant lies, deception and generally being a turn coat doesn't sit well with me.

Idk if its about forgiving for Snake as much as it is an excuse to have a go at our evil admin.

Maybe.

Moses halfback of the year, 3rd overall, you can’t praise Brooks for getting it and bag Moses now.

But you can bag Brooks for getting his...lol

I said it last year, I will repeat for the slow learners, the positional awards are a joke.
Brooks didn’t”t deserve his, last year, Sivo never even got nominated this year, Marsters did, Mitchell wins centre and Moses halfback.
The overall winner is really the only credible award.

Brooks came 3rd overall in 2018..

As did Moses, I put it to you Brooks played as well this year as he did last year when he won, this year didn’t get nominated

Maybe he thinks he is a Wests Tiger.

Good on tedesco, I still love watching him play, he's a brilliant player.

Yup same here, dont love him as much anymore tho, wouldnt mind seeing him in a fight in thr comming GF

@Geo fair call, just curious does this mean in 2005 Brian Smith should have got coach of the year, as he coached Parra to minor premiership instead of Tim Sheens ?

Coach of the year doesn't always automatically go to the coach of the MP's. The Storm though dominated the home and away season. Do you judge a coach on that, or coaches like Hasler and Stuart who exceeded expectations.

Love him in the blues jersey, that series winning try was my highlight of the year.

Totally behind Wests not throwing themselves behind his accolade. He fails to acknowledge where he got his start and loves telling everyone how Easts brought his best out. I'd not be saying anything either.

St Greg's FB now congratulating tedesco...along with Magpies.... Surely the feeder club should be wishing him well too, poor form WTs.... Poor form ?

I don't follow. You think the tigers should be paying on congratulations?

Why not?
Everyone else in his past is riding the coat tails

I think the exact opposite. I think he should be thanking us for getting him where he was. That would show some class.

Team of the year ![IMG_20191002_215332.jpg](/assets/uploads/files/1570017248530-img_20191002_215332.jpg)

Wests Tigers would pump that team !

Considering there is only 9 players and one interchange I think we would be in with a chance.

He gave the club more than enough time to get its act together

True - he spent nearly 2 years on the sideline getting paid for nothing and pondering how things could be better, but I guess that don't count.

For those interested Brooks finished equal 4th overall for halfbacks this year

Moses 29
Mitch Pearce 18
DCE 16
Chad Townsend 14
Luke Brooks 14
Jerome Hughes 13
Adam Reynolds 13
Ben Hunt 12
Nathan Cleary 10
Blake Green 9
Lachlan Lewis 6

West Tigers
Matterson 15
Brooks 14
Farah 13
Marshall 11
Thompson 5

Anyone else a bit cheesed that Josh Jackson got an Award for being part of a bunch of Dogs to run over to Momo when he missed that kick? I mean, it's not as if he gave us World Peace! Poor Momo was made to relive that embarrassment and Jackson gets a Gong for sniggering as he "consoled" him for less than a second. If that's what The Churchill Award is all about then every time Ben Hunt drops a kick off the first player in will be looking to get on the Victory Dias!
