Then
" Both Jake Mullaney and James Tedesco have found new clubs"
Then
" One is set for origin debut"
Then

im not too sure about dugan but i have heard that the tigers are very close to signing a raiders outside back who is good mates with dugan.

You don't have to be coy about it. The Vidot rumour has already been spoken of.

has it? sorry mate i dont come on here much only when i have some info really, but yeah it is vidot, but i havent heard anything about dugan

Will be extremely disappointed if Vidot is one of our major signings . He is no better or worse than Beau and if we are looking at Vidot as a signing I would rather they take a look at our own NYC squad . Do the recruitment people at the Tigers watch these guys .

Vidot could be a very good signing if he can iron some of the mistakes out of his game. Unlike Beau and Brown he has plenty of potential with great pace and the ability to jump very high for the ball.

I think Vidot could be a good signing, we definately lack pace especially if we are ever missing Lawrence and Tuqiri again. He was very good last season and hopefully a change of clubs does him good

Vidot is a pacey, gifted athlete. He is just out of favour and hasn't reclaimed his place in the Canberra team after being out through a slight drop in form and a follow up injury. He can jump and is strong. I do however think that Marika Koroibete and Fineula Finau in particular are better talents. Finau should have had a crack by now. If Vidot is signed, I hope that he doesn't keep these two from top grade and it's more in thinking of pushing Ayshford one closer.

vidot mmmm we can do much better than that

I am with you we could do a lot better than Vidot! Why waste any cash on this bloke? Throw a young bloke in the deep end and lets hope he swims!

At the risk of **Ink** getting cranky with us for going off topic..I agree Koroibete and Finau are both better players than Vidot ..However they need to work on things like .. getting to training on time plus improving fitness.

A few rumours on twitter suggesting Josh Dugan will re-sign with the Raiders.

The world of rumours….

Not a big fan of picking up reserve grade outside backs from teams lower than us on the ladder…it almost never works out...but Vidot is 6'4" & 103kgs,& is also not wanting for pace.
maybe, just maybe,Sheens can do something with this raw potential.
Cant see us picking up Dugan..roosters have too many tricks up their sleeve

I know the Raiders media manager. I asked him if he knew of the Dugan rumour and he said,

"Massive rumour at the moment. Heard about it a while back."

That's all he gave me though.

What was your take on that?

What makes you say that?

All the twitter rumours and "I have it on good authority…" statements?

That is exactly what was said last year, despite the fact that Dugan made no noises and showed no signs that he wanted out. Subsequently he re-signed.

What I can tell you is that Dugan is very happy in Canberra ATM and has ambitions to win a premiership with the playing roster we have. Family is a big part of his life, a very big part of his life, and Canberra is the home of his family.

If he was so unhappy in Canberra, and the rumours of "not seeing eye to eye with David Furner" were indeed true, why would've he re-signed last year? Why would've he re-signed if he was so desperate to leave? He had an opportunity to depart the Raiders but obviously he doesn't desire in doing so.

FWIW, I believe the Furner and Dugan family are very close, as David went to school with Josh's dad. Dugan has on a few occasions laughed off these accusations of disliking Furner.

A current Tigers player told me today that he believed we are certain to get Dugan and that Moltz would likely end up at the Dragons. also said all disharmony had been sorted and the only obstacle now was getting over injuries. P.S He thinks Benji will play. And most of BRET had been told to look elsewhere except Mullaney,Hyland and Roqica.

And, finally, here you have the truth! Time to put all the Dugan rumours to bed. All those, who have smugly posted in this thread that he will definitely be here at the Tigers next year have no idea really. You're just playing with our heads, and it's not nice

By the way, Joey, as I predicted at the beginning of the year, the Raiders are coming home with a wet sail - perhaps there is hope for you yet.
