Maybe it's done and all parties have agreed to wait till seasons end to make announcements

Maybe there's more parties coming to the party .

Hmm yeh it was reported he was out on the town nite clubbing late last week before pulling out of the game… How accurate that is is anyone's guess
\

Can you honestly imagine Robbie agreeing not to talk?

I know... Maybe for a week or two at most

Farah has a virus…sometimes that effects your voice....

Maybe its the gaffatape virus.

Not sure if anyone else saw it but yesterday i read 'Robbie signs with souths'. I then read further and found out it was Robbie Rochow. I want Robbie to be a tiger but for the betterment of the team i think both he and Jason Taylor need to go.

Maybe there's renewed haggling behind the scenes
At the end of the day the WTs would want to maximise the amount the other club tips into RFs contract for next year .
Souths might offer 350k
Saints might offer 375k
Parra might offer 400k

Although RF would be in no mood to be a patsy in those negotiations . His preferred option will always be stay here & get JT sacked .

Souths late season resurgence with Damien Cook playing dummy half may have changed the landscape too .

What has RF's future got to do with ET's new contract?

Plenty… Unless RF leaves in 2017 the tigers have no money to offer ET what he is seeking...so ET goes elsewhere

Well they shouldn't have bought ET if they can't afford to keep him. Anyway who says that he's staying in the first place.

Elijah said they just need to nut out the paperwork.

Farah set to sue the Tigers

By Tony AdamsAugust 27, 2016

THE Robbie Farah saga is set to take a sensational turn with the star hooker considering taking legal action against Wests Tigers for harrassment in the workplace.

Sources close to Farah have told RLW that the Blues State of Origin hooker has reached the end of his tether and has barely been seen at the club for training this week.

Farah has sought legal advice and is believed to be set to launch a claim that he has been bullied and harrassed by club officials.

Farah is also likely to claim that his long-running feud with coach Jason Taylor has caused him depression-like issues.

Farah has been involved in a bitter war with Taylor over his position in the top grade all season.

He was due to play for the Tigers in the NSW Cup last weekend but pulled out of the team at the last minute, allegedly because of a virus.

Farah has a year to run on his contract with the Tigers but has been in talks with Souths for 2017.

if this is true (which i totally believe it is) then farah would surely lose any remaining support he has left from tigers. what an absolute little [This word has been automatically removed]

Nice little plan by his manager I bet. Piss them both off quickly and my advice is, don't buy any more players managed by this jerk. I am sure there will be plenty of tissue boxes and lemons for Farah at the Cup game if he happens to turn up and needs them for his continued 'sniffle' and maybe someone could bring in some cement for him as well to harden the f*** up supposed to be a good club man

Wow, I don't know why I'm surprised.. The sooner he leaves the better. Looks like he's trying to take the club down with him though. Not confirmed as true, but I wouldn't put this kind of stuff past him..

Nothing would surprise. It must have been a month ago now, that it was reported he was only days away from signing with souffs.

Would not surprise me at all if this delay by Farah in signing elsewhere is a ploy by Farah and Ayoub to stifle the WT from signing new players, like Taylor and others for 2017….don't put it past them....

Of course, they should roll over and obey JT and his mates. Like good boys.
They've got the right to handle this any way that they choose.
This was the "coaches" idea not theirs
There's nothing in his contract that says that he has to give up any of his rights. And he hasn't. Good on him . I've said it before, I hope more players stand up for them selves.

They'll just end up in reserves aswell. As long as they want a first grade career they are at the mercy of the head coach.

It's their decision , if the club wants to keep paying them to play In reserves while on first grade money , it's up to them., depending on the time of their careers, it migh suit them
The point is that if they have a contract, the club can't force them out( as we all know)

He has the same legal rights as anyone else
If he has genuine grounds( and none of us know whether he has or not) he's perfectly entitled to sure the arse off them, if he hasn't he'd be wasting his time.

All of a sudden we have Solicitors on this Forum cause there calling him a Peanut for taking such action .
Pretty much what you said Gold Coast Tiger…..if he wants to sue the Club cause they dropped him to Reserve Grade ? I doubt he has a case , unless it stipulates on his Contract that he was Employed only for 1st Grade which i doubt .
If he has grounds that his been bullied around the Workplace to make him uncomfortable and to force his hand to leave ? then he might have grounds to sue .
I think a Solicitor isn't going to waste his time if there isn't sufficient evidence.

This will only finish when Jason Taylor and Farah leave at the end of next year . Then we start again :unamused:

If Farah goes down this path then it will be time for a few of his team mates to stand up and say whats really going on. Taylor has taken it all on his shoulders to protect his players, but if the truth comes out Farah will realise he has very little support.
