Without any of us geniuses deciding who is right and who is wrong& who is right.
Last I heard, this was still a country where we had the right to go to court to fight something if we feel it was wrong.
So if one of us completely uninformed bystanders has proof that the club hasn't done anything that it can be sued for, please let us know.
Maybe some of the experts on everything can apply to be the judge

This is a form of fallacious argument known as an argument from silence. You are trying to draw a conclusion from the absence of evidence rather than the existence of evidence. It doesn't actually make either position any more valid than the other.

The point is that no one can say that the club has not done something that Farah can sue it for. Yet he's getting plenty of stick for doing that ( if it's even true that that is what he's doing)

Im pretty sure Weidler will come u with a corner story in the SMH tomorrow. Leaking this only makes him look bad I assume its from the club as I posted earlier the club is connected through bauer Media to RLW and the Australian Newspaper. Its all politics I wish we weren't involved in.

This has been going on for 5 yrs now. I hope he goes so we can all move on.. Club legend or not he has tarnished his brand.. **_I think its quite clear Moses and brooks don't want him at the club._**. these two boys have killed it since Robbie has been dropped. For the sake of everyone i hope its all settled ASAP but im sure in tomorrows paper there will be another rubbish story about how poorly managed the tigers are and how poor Robbie has been hard done by.

If this is the case they should both go. I don't believe what you are stating but if it's true that Moses and Brooks and maybe their buddy Tedesco are forcing Robbie out than they should all go.

If another club offers him money to leave then he should go. If he gets picked in reserve grade then he should play. If he gets picked in first grade then he should play.

I would guess court proceedings wouldn't be settled over night, so it could carry into next year while he's contracted with another club. Fat chance another club will put up with those distractions. I am not surprised by this. If the club want Farah out so bad pay him out and let him go. Clearly they don't want to absorb the full worth of his contract - understandable- but if no other club is offering what they want and they refuse to release him, and or select Farah in FG regardless of form - then they are restricting Farahs ability to play for anyone else in the top tier competition.
Whether you like him or not he is a first grade player and is in our top seventeen - so why is he not being selected?
I mentioned this a while ago and got shouted down - he is clearly being treated differently.
Had a feeling something was brewing.

The club have said if he stays he'll be paid, so I can't see where any legal action can be taken.

There is no positive in the club playing Farah in reserves if they can't/won't offload him somewhere else. It will only cause more unrest and is a bad look.
If they plan to use him in FG fine but that doesn't look like the case. Just feel it's time to end it.

He can't go if the club don't agree to the amount that the other club is offering - they won't release him. And they have made it pretty clear they have no intention of playing him in FG.

I was having a laugh at this thread and my missus heard me and asked what was so funny. (My missus is a recruitment guru.) I told her the latest, and she just shook her head and said that will be the end of him, right or wrong no other club will touch him.
You'd think he would question the advice he is receiving about this, but maybe he just can't see it. A bit like the Emperors New Clothes.

Surely you don't truly think he has been unable to find another club. The guy is a current SOO representative that is adored by his fans, so club recruiters must be pushing each other out of the way to get him on their books, especially at a subsidised rate. There could be something that is stopping them, maybe he just loves his club too much.

It's an outright lie but I think Farah has to be a man about it. Move on or stay and play to the best of his ability wherever he is picked and in whatever grade he is picked.

The club aren't going to come out and state we want him out because he is worth $400k tops but we are paying him close to $1 million.

Robbie can't control the club and he should focus on what he can do rather than cause drama.

Fitzy was great for the club. Robbie at this point isn't looking anywhere near as classy as Fitzy. If this news is true Fitzy will be miles ahead of him.
