Farah

@The_Patriot yes i could be giving 100% myself when im 54 and pats on the back for that, but i wouldnt expect to be selected starting every week though my efforts are there when i cant catch many in a running race in the nrl at all. i like Robbie, just in my personal opinion last year was a perfect time for retirement there again overplaying his hand. this year was perfect time for Liddle as a debut year and i dare say we would have 4 points more on ladder,(just my opinion) not single handedly but just the speed picked up from first play from the ruck infectious throughtout the team like cookie does, i think Liddle has better vision though cook has more speed

Liddle is no Cook. Cook debuted much older and had better core body strength. The revisionist history of a player that has blown every opportunity with mistakes and poor games and physically not being up to scratch. He didn’t put the work in the gym as a youth and injuries occurred.

He is the future though his time has come in my view. Last year would have destroyed his career he wasn’t first grade standard physically. It’s a tough game.

Liddle cost us the game. he is NOT ready

@TYGA yes Cook is definately stronger and quicker, at present i see Liddle very tentative and indecisive maybe thats from knowing Robbie is there or on the bench, but when he does make that solid desicion with vision without hesitation, he makes a break makes and finds some space and will need in future great support play runners to go with him

I agree with you @GNR4LIFE, as I do remember you saying that in your posts.
I hope it definitely comes to pass that a very strong ie... one that he can't turn down ...suggestion is put to him that he will be given the honour of playing out the rest of his days in CC. That way he may be persuaded retirement from the game entirely is the way to go.
If he then does the honourable thing and retires once his 300th game is out of the way, that's immediately one less PROBLEM hopefully, for Our Wests Tigers :relaxed:

Poor decision to bring him back in ther first place. Then Pascoe re-signed him again when it was clear Cleary was going.

If we didn’t bring him back then we would have been stuck with ET playing hooker amongst other nobodies... can you remember ?

Couldn't have bought someone else? PR stunt, nothing more.

Like who?
I suppose you were a big fan of Pita Godinet?

Luke, Seggy anyone really.

I gotta tell yuh's all : if Robbie Farah becomes a paid ambassador for Wests Tigers after he finishes his playing career [sooner rather than later I hope] as it was apparently to be, and with this being the reason for the Pascoe kerfuffle, I will think Very Seriously about cancelling my membership of Our Wests Tigers.
If I do decide to do this I will, of course, let the Board know why I intend to cancel.
Just as a side mention...his little mate Michelle Moses IMHO was probably the WORST player on the field today.
I would really love to see someone really smash him :skull_and_crossbones: , legitimately or not.
I'm certainly not suggesting someone break both of his legs, but gees it's a thought though :fist: . due to the disharmony I feel he caused Our Club.

@ElleryHanley

TBH. The 300 for both these personalities has been the only highlights of 201not much to promote this year.

A nice distraction.

Well said @Snake: I couldn't agree more except to say I hope he does the honourable thing and retires as he suggested a few weeks back he may do.
If he doesn't retire of his own free will, I hope Madge has the balls to send him to CC for the rest of the year.
Don't get me wrong folks. Farah has been a great servant to Our Club for many years, but the disunity that followed on from his and Michelle Moseseses disloyalty IMVHO can never be forgiven :fist:

@cktiger What was the ratio of Liddles passes hitting the ground vs Farah's passes being over the head of the receiver?

On the season it is about Liddle 3 bad passes, Robbie about 50 too high, 200 too slow'.

I suppose that’s why Liddle is playing second fiddle then?

No it is just the coach making the same error as he did with Jennings.

i.e. playing him instead of someone that is better at the moment.

Rubbish!!!!

Would expect better from you - A little Liddle dislike showing here.

G'day @cktiger: re your "last time a coach limited his role he left" I feel this is incorrect. I feel pretty strongly he was told to bugger off :skull_and_crossbones: and rightly so IMO.

G'day @TheDaBoss: re your "u can't blame a single person for our loss". You are very correct Sir, as I thought the whole team played very well in the 2nd half in particular, apart from Farah that is. In fact, I thought the 2nd half performance was the best display from Our 'Team' this year :relaxed: It's all UP from here TheDaBoss, particularly when Farah gets out of the way :v:

Personally I think we should make an offer to Api Koroisau and have young Jake Simpkins as his under study...Retire Farah and let Liddle go, you also have the option of having Mbye as a back up hooker.

What a disastrous move - imo of course.
