@pawsandclaws1 We can hope at seasons end to never see him again! he has done nothing but tried to destroy the club for his own self worth for to many years.. some have short memories. Bye bye Robbie good riddance !

You are entitled to your opinion but i cant agree with it.There is no doubt his footballing days are essentialy over but your personal vendetta is over the top

It’s no worse than the personal vandetta many had against JT.

Don’t recall JT being a club legend or life member... but the rubbish on here regards Farah is laughable.
Pitiful to be more exact.
Sure , he’s not playing his best ever football, but people seem to forget Liddle has made some monumental blunders at important times when coming on (knocking on at the base of a scrum and throwing the ball to the opposition, just two recently, that killed momentum).

we all make mistakes but Robbie needs to hand over the baton... time to give it up

Good morning @cktiger: I will 'always' be a fan/supporter of Our Wests Tigers, no matter what happens. I'll just be a far happier and therefore more content fan/supporter when Robbie Farah is no longer playing and has NO influence whatsoever on Our Wests Tigers.
Don't get me wrong Sir, Robbie Farah will go down in our history as one of Our greatest ever players and I 'do' appreciate that. It's just such a real pity that he was part of the cause of disharmony in Our Club, and that disharmony is part of the reason it has taken Our club so long to crawl out of the poo. Thank goodness Trouble with a capital T [michelle moses] was gotten rid of a couple of years ago.
Our Club is now slowly maybe, but definitely, on its way to good and stable times, but it will get there a lot quicker without Robbie Farah around the place IMO.
Have a great day cktiger :relaxed:
Ps...I will always have the Mighty Magpies in my heart, of course.
But on the lighter side...I recently started planning for my 'final' departure, and believe it or not, I enquired about an Eco-friendly cardboard coffin in Wests Tigers colours!!! 😛oint_up: :relaxed:

@The_Patriot yes i could be giving 100% myself when im 54 and pats on the back for that, but i wouldnt expect to be selected starting every week though my efforts are there when i cant catch many in a running race in the nrl at all. i like Robbie, just in my personal opinion last year was a perfect time for retirement there again overplaying his hand. this year was perfect time for Liddle as a debut year and i dare say we would have 4 points more on ladder,(just my opinion) not single handedly but just the speed picked up from first play from the ruck infectious throughtout the team like cookie does, i think Liddle has better vision though cook has more speed

Liddle cost us the game. he is NOT ready

Rubbish!!!!

Would expect better from you - A little Liddle dislike showing here.

Whats rubbish?

We worked our way back into the game, had them on the back foot. Scrum 20 out and he goes to lock and throws a massive forward pass.

It was a clutch moment of the game. We needed players to stay calm and get us home.

He didnt handle it.

I like the kid but im over sugar coating players who cant handle pressure.

Its over to Liddle now to start delivering in those clutch moments and turn that kind of play around.

Well then, lets play him for 80 minutes without interference from other dummy halves.

Then make a judgement.

Ohh but that's Luke Brooks's excuse lol

Dont think ive ever heard Brooks use that as excuse..

Haters gunna hate i guess..

Farah is done. Even his most rusted on loyalists have to admit that. Therefore, what sense does it make for him to finish the year as a starting hooker? He should step aside and give Liddle a chance at being our main no 9. Who knows if he succeeds, but at least we'll know one way or another.

I say after his 300th game we bit the bullet and have Liddle at 9 and 14 should be Reynolds if fit so we can show other teams he can play to assist in offloading him. . Farah is the back up if needed.

Watching Farah on Saturday I think his back problem has definitely got the better of him - I wouldn't be surprised if after this week he gets less and less time and Liddle does take over - It seems the best way to resolve Liddle's future at the club anyway.
A matter of fact maybe some other young CC guys will get the nod as well, especially going on Madge's press conference, why not if we have nothing to lose.

Geo Wasn't this thread started to knife
Robbie in the back? So why is Brooks being knifed? Isn't there a separate knifing thread for Brooks or have the mods decided on a dual knifing?

When you finished knifing one of our most loyal players, the Teddy arse kissing thread needs augmentation

Who can forget the most embarrassing moment in West Tigers history. Well two of them.

1. Robbie running to a waiting car after that game at Cambelltown when Tallis/Farah gate he said she said.
Too scared to face the media storm.

2. Robbie digging his heels in to stay when the club didn't want him. No other player in history has made such a fuss over being asked to leave.
It sticks in my mind watching Paul Vautin shaking his head and in disbelief at Farah after the interview.

He said it so many words, grow up and move on.

@matchball gee some on here need to take there little red pills. if only the rest of our players were as passionate about our club we would be better for it.

@momo_amp_medo bar that game, Liddle’s service has been crisp and immaculate. Robbie’s on the other hand is questionable.

@pawsandclaws1 Yes some people on here just have their targets and are always looking for pot of gold at the bottom of the rainbow ...... where they just find another target to whinge about.

@bptiger
What I state is truth.
His passion got us nowhere in the end.
Other clubs had him sussed out long ago.
Great player but selfish. Hence nobody wanted him even though he was an Origin player. Can't recall him being targeted by rival clubs as a must have poaching target.

He enjoyed being safe here, no accountability for players and missing the 8 is a pass mark.

Look at grub. The way he's handled being tapped on the shoulder shows what a class act he is. Unfortunately Robbie didn't handle himself the same way. The fact he used a young player's thoughts of suicide to get back at the club was disgraceful and indefensible and will always make it hard for me to have any respect for him again.

Holy moley lets start a Josh Reynolds appreciation thread for being a nice bloke and getting paid a fortune for it.
Farah for all his faults should not be copping crap at the end of his career when players are currently at the club on huge contracts for no service.

Why the sarcasm re Reynolds? It was the same situation (2 years left on a contract on big money that the current coach who did not sign either player thought it was in the clubs best interest to move along). One handled it like a professional, the other didn't.

I'm sure he's having a big cry about your distorted thoughts about him.
Farah getting pushed had nothing to do with form or injuries like Reynolds (he just finished playing an origin game when dumped)
It was all about that miserable thing called Jason Taylor... and look where that little ray of sunshine led us to.

You mean one **coach** handled it like a professional and didn't drop their current origin player to reserve grade out of spite... especially one that had money deferred from his contract to benefit the club.
