@The_Patriot yes i could be giving 100% myself when im 54 and pats on the back for that, but i wouldnt expect to be selected starting every week though my efforts are there when i cant catch many in a running race in the nrl at all. i like Robbie, just in my personal opinion last year was a perfect time for retirement there again overplaying his hand. this year was perfect time for Liddle as a debut year and i dare say we would have 4 points more on ladder,(just my opinion) not single handedly but just the speed picked up from first play from the ruck infectious throughtout the team like cookie does, i think Liddle has better vision though cook has more speed

Liddle cost us the game. he is NOT ready

Rubbish!!!!

Would expect better from you - A little Liddle dislike showing here.

Whats rubbish?

We worked our way back into the game, had them on the back foot. Scrum 20 out and he goes to lock and throws a massive forward pass.

It was a clutch moment of the game. We needed players to stay calm and get us home.

He didnt handle it.

I like the kid but im over sugar coating players who cant handle pressure.

Its over to Liddle now to start delivering in those clutch moments and turn that kind of play around.

Well then, lets play him for 80 minutes without interference from other dummy halves.

Then make a judgement.

Ohh but that's Luke Brooks's excuse lol

Dont think ive ever heard Brooks use that as excuse..

Haters gunna hate i guess..

No i mean people like you who try to defend him and tell us he will come good.

Can you point to one post where i have ever said it's others fault for Brooks...ill wait...

I doubt it. You always chose your words very carefully.

These 3 secs sum up Farah - 46:25 to 46:28 in this video.

Is that the ignore Brooks & Mbye call and go to his old buddy?

@Jay yeah no big deal. Just same old stuff year in year out.
No finals again no big deal. Robbie legend.

Legend tag should be reserved for winners, not under achievers.

Yeah, life member, club captain, premiership winner, SOO rep (and captain) and Australian rep is certainly underachieving.

Maybe so but Phar Lap ain't gonna win this year's Cup. Best days are behind him.

The discussion was about him being referred to as a legend... not his current form. Truth is Farah will get picked as long as the coach thinks he's doing the best job or he thinks Liddle (or someone else) can do better.

Interestingly, besides the butting of personalities and egos and salaries, the reason Jason Taylor cited for dropping Farah was his slow service from dummy half. Mitchell Moses kept complaining the service was way too slow.

Yes there is. We have players who need excuses for poor form.

We do have those players but you have picked the wrong two. Silly Billy!

That would be very funny if it wasn't true for us, I live in hope though

@Geo most outside the club and informed people, not just posters on here... seem to also believe there’s been many imbroglio’s over the past two years, so much so it’s hard enough to be Coops and turn out 1 good game a month when you just don’t have the cattle around you or half decent human beings for coaches. As you say, I’ll wait to see what he can do with a top 8 roster - what I saw in just ten minutes from him on weekend proves he’s got more juice than Bwaith could ever hope to give a side

Jason Taylor couldn’t pour piss out of a boot with the instructions on the heel.

It is part of the problem but Brooks owns his form.

Have you informed all his fan boys. They would argue this point.

I found it funny someone said the other day I was making excuses for Brooks, I didn't want him re-signed, especially on a 5 year deal, I was accused of hating him, now I am making excuses for him, funny really..
When in reality I think he is way over rated, his defence has improved but he has delivered bugger all, but we went all in on him, so we have to make it work, and getting a 7 and moving him to 6 would be a good first step I reckon.

His defence should be the norm ...
The rest is barely A grade standard !

Brook is sitting in the top 10 for try assists leading the run metres for a half as well as most line engangments in the NRL..what does that make the rest...which of them should we get to take us to glory..genuine qustion...

@TYGA Had us going better than we are now.

8/24 wins in 2015, 11/24 wins 2016, 1/3 2017.
In total he won 20/51 games with a better squad. The bloke destroyed the Tigers everyone left. Cleary was the encore.

Define glory ...
Glory as in we win 3 in a row ?
Or blitz the Comp ?

@Kazoo-Kid Balloon passes to a short half in Brooks is so pathetic at the 299th game of his career - when will he learn to play to the player? Hogs don't care I guess.
