Farah's scan results

Danny Weidler just reported on 9 news that Farah's injury is a torn ligament in the elbow, "normally a six week injury."

He also said Farah will ask Sheens to play anyway, and Elliot expects him to play.

FFS that's all we need, another injury to our most important player.

well if weidler said it

If Farah doesn't play, the Tigers are no chance on Saturday. Not trying to be negative, but with leaving Benji to create all the attacking options on his own won't cut it against the Panthers.

if it was a "torn" he would be in a sling

I think this means Corby has to be on the bench regardless of if he plays or not

Be nice if we had our first bye soon but wonder whether that would be long enough to assist Robbie's recovery. Still 3 games to go before our bye and all against top 8 contenders.

Robbie wasnt at the sposers dinner last nite.

AlsoTuiaki was positive about comming back this year- pouring his heart out on stage. Said a lot of doubters saying he wont be back this year but yeh said he will etc etc.

Agreed. The ruck defence went down the toilet last week - it would have been a big help to bring on Corby last week with 25 to go.

agreed X 2…..

I think we made it to the 72nd minute before the D fell apart though.....

My actual preference is for Carr as he is the most like Farah but he is not on a top squad contract so Corby will do.

The other option would have been Rhys Curren as he played interchange hooker and is a very strong ball runner and defender

Is 'Wests Tigers' Latin for 'Injury Haven'.

Honestly this year gets worse and worse every week.

On a more serious note - Never had an elbow injury myself fortunately and no nothing about them. Should Robbie be playing with it or giving it a few weeks rest? Can this sort of injury get worse than it is by playing?
