First Grade Live Game Thread vs Roosters

BMM is having a great a game has the power to match it with the Rorters , can't wait till he has a partner in the second row that can bend the line!!
 
Have the refs taken the odds that Maloney will score more points, fair dinkum I might be 'wrong' but I thought he plain dropped the ball for that penalty, will someone out there take it on themselves to smash O'Donnnell for good!.
 
Ava, BMM and teddy killing it. Marshall worst on ground easily.

What does a player have to do to be sin-binned?! Simona dropped on his head purposefully and nothing is done.

Good effort all things considered. Simona has looked sharp, BMM has been good on the edges, even Lote had a couple of nice touches, as has Tedesco who has been safe. There's no doubt we're physically outmatched, but the chooks are making a few errors of their own. If only we could improve our execution and kicking game…

Disagree with the anti-benji sentiments. I reckon he's looking a lot more dangerous than in previous weeks. He's still making those rookie errors, and will probably keep doing that 2nd half but i could see him setting up or scoring a nice try.
 
Benji has made his usual crucial mistakes at awful times….but I can see an overall improvement in his general play.
 
Benji hasn't been that bad… All he did was miss a kick for touch... That was bad but other than that he's been quite good

I'm sorry mate, but he is our worst player by a country mile. Missing tackles, refuses to run the ball, throwing crap passes, failing to find touch….I could go on all night

Seeing the boys play with this much intensity makes me feel so much better about next season when marshall and the rest of the rot has left! How good is tedesco tonight!

Tackle breaks/missed tackles 19 to 12\. Roosters favour. (all but two of ours were from our backs, most of theirs in the forwards)
Line breaks 4 to 2\. Roosters favour.
Offloads 9-5\. Roosters favour.

Guys I know we did alright to be in it. Shown some heart and what not but we've not played any better tonight than any other game. The Roosters have been really, really bad. With all the defense we've already made we're going to die on the run. Half-time is going to be bad, Robinson will blow the roof off their room and they will come out with a simple hit up based game plan, our arch nemesis of game plans.

Marshall has been simply shocking. As per usual he and Anasta have been our Achilles heel. Just no structure and their options are hopeless. Kicking is hopeless as usual.

I'm afraid for what we will witness in this second half but it's not going to be pretty. Barring a miracle we're going to concede 4+ tries here I feel. I hope I'm wrong.

So the chip kick was solid play? How about the hospital pass to Fulton? His kicking options have been poor, as has the room he is stealing off those he is passing to…
 
Every time we are in a position to attack or build pressure Benji provides an error.
5 m touch finder
Loose ball
Doesn't find touch at all
Pressure pass
Embarrassing chip kick attempt in poor field position when he should find the corner
Really, really poor leadership
