Feel for Ayshford. He has been superior to Crocker all season but the lime green choker gets the sympathy slot.

Gibbs can feel a fraction hard done by too. However there are alot of decent props around at the moment

This must be a retaliation for Heighington mentioning he might play for the Poms.

Nice work ARL. Just pick the bloke!

Top work for the 5 of them!
Got to feel for Lote & Payten though. Get picked, Payten 1st time & Lote in his comeback season & both will probably fail their medical.
Stupid decision on Heigho.
Ayshford and Gibbs hopefully next season if they stay consistent.

Theres already a handful of Tigers picked - Aus Coach Tim Sheens Cant have everyone from his Tigers.

I'm really happy for Payten - You never know He may get his first real Rep jersey if a few things go his way..

Wests Tigers: Robbie Farah, Keith Galloway, Chris Lawrence, Todd Payten, Lote Tuqiri

I think Lote is a big show to make the squad if he is passed fit, not too many wingers in that squad and brett morris would be the only winger in the GF worth a shot.

With props like Civoniceva (apparently injured?), Shillington, Scott, Hannant, TLL, King (pillow), Laffranchi already there and the likely addition of Weyman (injury depending) … it's unlikely Payten will get his much deserved go :frowning:

Would love to see an Australia A type team take on PNG.

congrats on the wests-tigers player being picked.
will have to wait and see who is declared fit.
there still can be a few changes made.
bad luck for heighno, would like to see him play for poms and have an outstanding series, leaving aussie team selectors looking embarrassed, and having egg on their faces.

Only players that will realistically be the nominees for the top squad (Note I haven't over analysed)

Pathetic! How could Gibbs not make it!! and Heighno!!

No reason for Gibbs for not making it, thats just stupid. I rate him higher than Galloway and IDK its just depressing for people who work their a** off the whole year and not even get named in the train on squad.

Well congrats on the guys picked, especially Todd, great stuff for him

However, I agree with the others here, where's Rhino????? and yeah Gibbs could feel a bit hard done by too.

I'd say Rhino could very well end up playing with England

From the two remaining teams, I reckon we'll see:

Dragons: Boyd, Morris, Weyman, Creagh
Roosters: Carney, Kenny-Dowall, Pearce, Myles, Anasta

Congratulations to Robbie Farah, Keith Galloway, Chris Lawrence, Todd Payten and Lote Tuqiri - Well deserved!

Gibbs is the no.1 front rower in the game today. Bar none. The Australian selectors are as bad as the NSW ones obviously.

Congratulations to all of our players who have been asked to attend the medical and continue training.

Comiserations to Heigho. Its a disgrace he was not asked to continue training. A DISGRACE.
