Interesting winner of best pie “ Fish Amok”, did some research and found its originally a Cambodian recipe but in this case basically Barramundi pieces in a curry sauce.
Well I like Barra and curry so will give it a try.
Winning company was Cobb Bakery, Victoria with 3 branches, one 20 minutes up the road from my place at Kyneton.
