Pity it's so F dear, bloody disgrace with the amount we produce, same can be said for prawns they're as common as mud but overpriced.

just steamed supermarket frozen fish ,i bald 2 skin on ,4 times light asian flavour drizzle ,marinade ? ,
2 x pak choy chopped , white pepper
Finished with a hot oil scorched spring onion, ginger garlic sizzle sauce

1/4 of the price and 4 times better than a restuareonta in this neck of the woods - YUM YUM YUM ,probably try it with good quality barra ,then move on
Steamed Barra with belly fat on it is lush

another quality sauce for asian fish
is 1 part dried mushrooms , make a live again in warm water
1 part sugar
1 quarter soy sauce ,1 part = heaped Tbsp.
