Lucky you, after a long career based around long lunches and fine wines at the best venues, it all stopped years ago when I retired .
Whilst my wife and I still have the occasional long lunch it’s just not the same as the waitress coming around from your 1pm booking to remakes the table for dinner, handing you a new menu and everyone saying same again !
I miss that !
bok choy is a good medium to steam protein on ,gets glutinous ,dry fry (charred) in a pan ,yum

Very cool guy, good approach to food and drink ( and ciggies).
Well the rumours I’ve read are that he and 3 others were working on some Epstein type expose involving famous people and he was taken out ? Dont know why he was doing that ?
Who knows M, there are so many conspiracy theories about everything, who knows what to believe !
