you can tell Benji is hurt by Lachlan's words. that showed today. he was strong, but he is definitely wounded. despite all of that, he still managed to defend a player that has attempted to trash his reputation with the help of his manager.

Definitely appeared like it’s currently a frosty relationship between the captains and LG, especially Romy.

Luai talked about “having a team to run” didn’t sound like a 6 talking there to me .
I reckon the 6 move was symbolic about ego , team , rising above and sending a message .
Remember luai came here to be the 7 . He wanted to be Batman. Now he’s wearing the 6 and leading .
I think it’s a very obvious message . I’m sure of it now !

Really felt sorry for Benji there... no one seems to be worried about his Mental state in all of this. You could tell he was really hurt & let down by Galvins comments on his coaching & development.

You'd think there would be a lot more focus on this after Paul Green. But yeah, no love for Benji. Expected to take the disrespect and say nothing.
