The people who do make the crucial decisions on the club’s direction are still doing it, so it’s rather pointless to be laying blame on an ex employee who is bound by a NDA, making him unable to defend himself.

Even though only here a short time second time around …Sheens made a lot of player decisions which have turned out poorly and the club will pay the price for several years after he has gone… he proved without a doubt that the game passed him by the first time he got rogered

👍 yes it’s still a team game. A huge change for Brooks, he seems to have much more time now. When Brooks has options like Turbo running a line inside and Olakau’atu on the outside and fires it out to his old Tigers teammate out wide. It’s pretty to watch. Seibolt has done a wonderful job there. I think Manly go deep into the finals this year.

There were others on the list committee who had more authority than Sheens. Both Benji and Sheens wanted Brooks for example.

of course there were higher people at the club with more authority … doesn’t mean they exercised their power on players comings and goings… that was Sheens job..

Who made the call on Bateman and Klemmer ridiculous deals ?

Thats usually how it should work but evidence indicates ill discipline can take precedence sometimes.
Who hired Fulton in the middle of the night? On the promise to recruit the Fainu brothers. Don’t you think the WT board would have cleared it with the HBG board before acting on the idea?

You havent answered my question …who signed Klemmer and Bateman to those ridiculous deals that we haven’t even got half way through yet?
