Going to market for a controlling half...

We NEED a controlling 7 desperately.

How to do it without tampering? Easy actually.

We need to be on the phone to every manager and tell them there is 500-600 plus waiting for 2 years for anyone who is available.

No rules broken.

And then let someone like Trindall's manager get him across. He is by far the best non starter and would be on 250 max. He gets to start / gets a life changing deal.

We need to be proactive.

The best clubs are.

Even Qld cup would have a dynamite up and comer…, just pick the absolute stand out halfback in bring him down if necessary

I think Trindall is gettable if Benji truly believes in him. He has Hynes and Dykes ahead of him, possibly the other young guy they signed from Penrith too. If Benji tells him he believe his apprenticeship is over and he is our man to lead us at 7, then he will be ours. Fitsy won't make him stay with an opportunity like that.

Didn’t Trindall recently extend with the Sharks?
