Grave concerns for 2014

Good point LaT. As long as these steps towards bring successful in the future are done correctly ill be happy.

And how much can we truly expect from out team next year. An improvement in the ladder would be nice! But our team is young as, so there is only so much we can expect them to do.

We will again be cannon fodder next year and will continue to be until we sort our halves out. At this stage I have no confidence in Brooks and Moses as I havent seen them play first grade. We'll be down the bottom again next year with a resurgence through 2015 towards a peak in 2016.

Optimistic me , says we will make the top 8 in 2014…like I do every year....no point thinking any different
We were a top 8 side this year , but it started badly losing Moses , then Galloway after round 2 & everybody else . ......2014 brings a fresh start & hopefully an injury free one

2014 will truly be a rebuilding phase , but a chance to see what can happen if 17 players can stick to a game plan

At the moment we have a few that try and take the easy way out when the going gets a bit tough

We must have patience! I'm unsure of how we will go in 2014, but if we stick with the young guys we will have guys at the end of next year like Ava, sue, tedesco, nofa, simona, sironen, buchanan, BMM pushing up to 50 1st grade games. 2015 we will surely see the development in our young talent. Hoping next year tho they click earlier then I'm expecting.

Grave concerns. ? No I don't have that.

I'm keeping the faith in our young players coming through.

My expectations are getting lower each year, so I don't have any grave concerns at the moment. I'm up for being pleasantly surprised though :stuck_out_tongue:
