It’s all about votes , it can only happen IF it gets support , if it gets the numbers then that’s how it will keep going , the current set up is outdated and poor , designed to minimise movement or new blood , they need to get up to date with the structure of the constitution and be run just like other clubs

Why does it need to be run "like other clubs"??

Balmain Leagues Club had the same setup as "other clubs". We know what happened there.

Parramatta has that same setup. We know the history of board infighting there.

Look at the Bulldogs and their recent boardroom fighting.

Perhaps for some clarity, someone can list here the Team of 7, who they are, there background and WHY they are considered suitable for election to a board of directors.

Write to the L&G and ask for a copy of the investigation.

They will happily share with you their report.

But the fact that nothing is in the news, the club HASNT changed the Constitution is really the evidence you need.

You seem to know nothing happened or was recommended to be done but have zero facts , do you have a copy if so put it up , just cause it’s not in the news or public info doesn’t mean zero happened or was dreamed wrong , I did 6 years as a director of a sports club , 2 years as treasure and a lot said on hear is right and a lot is wrong , facts are the only way to work out how or what needs to be done , the current group elected are protected species , I doubt they would be elected under a std voting system , the debenture protects them , and I do agree other clubs with other set ups have crap boards , infighting etc , it’s just people usually trying to work from a std director to a spot higher up - president , senior vice president, treasurer , etc , the old I’m the boss , it happens and did on our board , vice president V President , secret meetings outside at a cafe , jostling for support , can be very messy, just on the treasure position , we all had to do a term of 2 years as this position did have more involved as the monthly report you did had a fair bit in it with comparisons from month to month and year to days V same period previous year , it wasn’t a spot you needed to challenge for , we all did it if you did a couple of terms ( 2 year terms )

I do from time to time. I along with anyone else admitting to also being a Magpies member were blocked from Kelly Hollis group.

She likes her views to be fully supported. When you don't agree with her, she removes you.

Rather like this childish petition to the board, that's a stench of dictatorship

Who are the two you have heard of - that's a good start. You seemed to be concerned about one of them so good time to air it.

So you have a copy going of the info given but choose not to share it with all of us , just curious, have you or are you a current director of a sporting club or any club , as for the report I’m not to fussed as at present the current board and it’s set up again is protected , not a lot you can do unless you do what the group we speak about is starting to do now , break the old system and get a new one in place , remember even if it goes ahead , the debenture scrapped , the ones on the board now can run again just with no protection

lol define 'fully supported' - you won't be able to because it is a completely subjective idea.

Childish is your frequent use of extreme language to describe opinions you disagree with - references to North Korea, 'stench', 'dictatorship', 'blocked'.

These 7 would be voted in by members. Major improvement on the debenture holders that arent voted in by general members and remove those on the board that are.

Maybe the debenture holders should come out of the shadows and start showing their credentials or at least talk in a public forum! Stack themselves up against these guys.
