How did Josh Reynolds go today

I really think we need to get Josh back asap and have Benji coming from the bench, if our big money player is to stay with us moving on he needs to be working with Brooks for the remainder of the season. Reynolds can be rocks and Diamonds in the Maloney style also but like Maloney he offers better direction and enthusiasm than Benji and God help us if Brooks is the direction man in tight situations as he always panics and does the wrong thing.

Reynolds needs to string more than 2 games together..I don't blame Madge 1 bit for not picking him in first grade regardless of pay packet or whether or not he is the best option..

you need some sort of stability in combinations if we are going to progress..no point picking a bloke who plays 1 or 2 weeks and then's out for 4..

It doesn't bode well for the rest of the season as far as Reynolds is concerned - the bloke works his backside off in rehab but at the end of the day I really think his body is past it.

Honestly, I like Reynolds, but was he EVER more than a 1st grader who gave 100% and did the 1% plays really well?

I think if he continues to have these on going injuries, small or big, we try to medically retire him. If he doesn't like it, he can try to go to ESL before we publicly make the attempt.

We may not do any good with the NRL but publicly attempting it will not be good if Reynolds tries to do what he has said by having a final fling in England before hanging up the boots.

@The_Patriot I meant that he's come into his own in the sense that he has the confidence to defend himself and show that he's not going to take that crap. That's why I said that Brooks fought back a few times.

I know what you mean about his play though. I think it did make him think a lot more about what was going to happen when he received the ball on 6. He rushed it a few times. In general if we compare him to opposing halves we've played this season I feel like we can say he's a good player but clearly in a tier below the best.

And that's all well and good if we had a real chief playmaker but apparently he is it. We have an old 6 and old 9 and a fullback who has hardly played the position.

Is it any wonder we lose those type of games.
