I really think you're confusing 'rigged' and 'uneven'
The comps been uneven for years… If you're so angry about it stop putting your own $$$ into it... Don't buy memberships, don't go o games, don't buy merch, cancel foxtel and stop punting on it

In this context it is the same.Team A wins keep reffin first grade team B wins too often enjoy your career elsewhere.

I agree with Ricky that the problem is the referee boss changing interpretation of rules whenever they feel like it.

These things should be changed in the off-season unless it is causing some kind of major issue (player welfare)

Now they call the coaches some with 1 session left before a game and want to target a certain thing in a game?

Inconsistency has always been the major issue in the NRL for me, seems be even worse this year.

Will never work.. what other sport does it?

Just got home from the Broncos game and I'm not saying Penrith would have won but gee wizz the Broncos get away with murder.

Every time I go to that joint I say I'm never going there again, bloody misses birthday had to coincide with the Penrith game.

The real problem is much deeper but much more simple.Just look at the teams getting the calls and the teams getting dudded. Do we remember that try the Roosters scored last weekend off 27 knockons only for the video ref to allow it.

So the NRL is rigged for Melbourne, Brisbane, Souths, Manly and Roosters.

Melbourne have had success on the back of have 3 of the best players for the passed decade.

Brisbane haven’t won a premiership since 2006 and have made up the numbers in the finals most times since then.

Manly have been a basket case for almost 10 years.

The Roosters have had up and down success but they stack their roster trying to buy premierships and have got one of late.

Souths were a disaster, had a few good years won a premiership, were rubbish again, have come good again.

**If you were the NRL wouldn’t you want the teams you’re rigging it for to win the premiership?**

Uneven is the better description. Still, my continued participation is being tested this season like none before. I couldn't give a rats about Canberra but I think they were badly dudded by ref calls last night.

I doubt the game is actually rigged however there are some sides that do get favoured. We all know who they are. But Brisbane is in a different league altogether and especially this year. The NRL has to have a team from Qld in the semis otherwise they lose half their viewing audience. I wouldn't be surprised if the good calls keep going Brisbane's way and they end up in the top 4\. Two home semis at Suncorp. Great for tv. And great for Qld.

But terrible for integrity and fairness, under Greenberg even the illusion of balance is evaporating

The best thing you can do is to follow another sport… plenty of options available. For me, I choose to start following the NFL (not everyone’s cup of tea)... I loosely followed it from 2012-2014, and then started really getting it in 2015\. Now I absolutely love it. I still follow league, but not as closely as once upon a time.

lol Do you know how rigged a lot of supporters think the NFL is. I'm a huge supporter of the NFL and the forums have so many threads about how rigged the NFL is.

Garner for us, Suli & Fainu for manly, Lewis for the dogs. None are allowed to play 1st grade until they have their contract upgraded and in the case of Fainu, the NRL telling Manly who the can select at hooker.

The Broncos can pick Kotoni Staggs from outside their top 30 despite having Pearson, Opacic, Shibasaki & Mosese Pangai from in their top 30 available.

Standard response.

The NRL is too dumb to rig a Comp

Incompetentance with management and the officiating is at an all time low

Looking forward to see a scum team getting dudded in the finals !
