… we ALWAYS seem to make Luke Patten, Andrew Ryan and Jamal Idris - who have been especially poor this year - look like superstars?

Especially Patten. He tears us a new one **every** time. :brick:

Be on the watch out for huge games next week from:
- Walsh
- Pritchard
- Jennings

All of which was been average this year.

dont worry mate its a blip on the radar, winning in townsville and canberra in consecutive weeks, especially last week verse the cowboys in that heat.

i thought we could win but the first 15 minutes after halftime i knew we were gone.

Yeah exactly…lack of ball in first half combined with 2 torture road-trips w/ injuries = GOOORNE!!

Did well to be that close with 20 to go.

As for Idris, he didn't do that much tonight, and Round 26 last year, not sure he looked all that good. How many tries did we run past him?? lol

The Bulldogs were desperate for a win tonight, if they lost their season was already in tatters, they played like it was life or death. We tried hard, but weren`t running the ball as hard as we should be, the heavy defensive workload played a part in that and we made some very bad decisions with the ball in hand which doesn`t normally happen. The bad news is that Penrith are getting close to full strength and they will be real hard to beat at home next weekend.

ha! to beat penrif at penrif. i dont know about that one. back on topic - ben roberts looked like a superstar tonight - they all did - they were hungrier - beware the wounded bulldog.
