If Blair doesn't Sign

well in a game where Melbourne were missing all their big guns, Blair as captain didn't do a great deal.

Sika Manu > Adam Blair

even the commentators said he done nothing and daley said about the rumours that he's coming to the tigers but hasnt told his team mates and said that must be playing on his mind

Thanks to Austar,I'm able to watch nearly every game on the weekend.I enjoy it.

I've watched Melbourne quite a bit this year and watched Blair closely last night. He was overshadowed by Jaiman Lowe and Adam Woolnough, both journeymen.
For all the dislocation and uncertainty surrounding our currentl players,I'm buggered if Ican see what all the hype is concerning Blair. In fact,I resent Bryce Gibbs having to leave to fit this bloke in.A wests tiger through and through.
So if our penchant is to sign a marque player,so be it.But I don't think he is worth it nor the loss of Gibbs and Fifita.

It certainly doesn't look like Blair is busting his boiler to impress anyone.

Blairs a big match player and a new home will do wonders

x 2 he is the sort of bloke who is likely to play his best football in a beaten side . He lifts when he needs to lift like many champion players . And a change of home will do wonders for us and him .

I haven't watched that much of Blair but is he worth all of the money and is he worth the loss of Fafita becuase from what i've seen it ain't worth it

If Blair does sign what is most likely the side going to be for 2012 for Wests forwards and bench??

At $500,000 a year so he should be and then some.

Blair will be worth anything we throw at him.

I remember people saying we should sign Ellis and Tuqiri as well. "Waste of money, blah blah blah". Look how they turned out.

I hope he is as good as Ellis. That would be worth it.

Adam Blair is a premiership winning player and vice captain for New Zealand.

I agree Fifita is a big loss but Blair to me will add some much needed aggression to our pack.

BMM and Woods will take time to develop as well as Groat and Begovich.

For people to even think that we've unloaded players to accommodate someone who hasn't signed yet is pretty funny. I highly doubt the club would be stupid.

We really dont have a front rower that the Woods' and the BMM's can look at and learn from them first hand. Blair will show these youngsters how to be aggressive and dominate. Just having someone like Blair for these guys to follow will be invaluable.

x 3 - The true champion players know when to stand up and dominate. in other games, they just go about doing their jobs. We only have Ellis who can do this, with Robbie & Benji nearly there…

By the time 2012 comes around, we should have 4 champions players in our squad and this should be the defining difference... Any chance we could get Blair before June 30??? 😛ray:

Lawrence and Tuqiri are great, but they dont have that ability to dominate a team when their team is down to make the difference…

Both can win games in their own right!!!
