Pretty great interview. Nothing too revealing except he gives big wraps to Koroibete, Nofoaluma and Lovett but in particular Luke Brooks. He says that some of the older players are talking amongst themselves about how good he's gonna be.

Sirro seems the be a bit of a third wheel at the moment. Considering he carved up his first taste of the top level and most haven't even got him in their starting NYC sides let alone first grade. The way he mentions state cup though kind of gives me the indication that he may have been given the word that he'll be there next year and not the twenties (if not first grade)? Might be reading too much into it.

He seems like a very level headed young fella,he should go places with that attitude.

Hard to believe he is still only 19!

Great to have some proper questions from the new guy, not that I didn't love cuzzos interview with pettybourne where 3 of the 5 questions where about his new haircut….

He would be in my starting NYC side at least. He would not be in the starting halves in my best NYC side beacuse of the great combinition Moses and Brooks have.

I said for a while I could see him playing NRL asa centre in his early years and moving to lock later much as a young Brad Fitler did. Young Sirro is going to be a fantastic player for many years. the amount of young talent we have as a club would be amongst the best in the NRL.

Has a big future in lock he will be a superstar in a few years time.

The way he ran through the line to score that try in Canberra makes me think the same

This keeps getting trotted out and aside from running onto a ball once for a try (that was disallowed) I can't remember anything he did in first grade.

For me it wasn't so much what he did, but how he did it. He slotted in and looked like he belonged, not overawed or showing nerves. Took control as much as a rookie could be expected to.

Plus he did play a decent part of probably our best game of the year, the Raiders rort.

Saw him at the Raiders game and he certainly was in the same class as the other seasoned players. He took it all in his stride, they kept kicking off right at him and he just took the ball beautifully like it was a training drill. The little things like that showed me he will go places in the NRL.

Thats it…..he wasnt really noticeable, he looked at home, he looked comfortable, he looked like he fit right, in - like he'd been a part of it for a long time, it wasnt evident he was a newbie and he didnt stand out that way

He said "you know" about 50 times in that interview!!

I've said it before - Siro will be the best player in the country in the not too distant future (and probably also the world).

Would love to see him on the bench in first grade but I'd rather ease him into the lock position through NSW cup or NYC. I wouldn't be surprised if he picked up another injury TBH as he is still growing.
