Wests Tigers Intrust Super Premiership Coach Paul Stringer has named his side to take on the Newcastle Knights this Saturday, May 21 for their Round 11 clash.

Kickoff for the match is at 12:40pm from Campbelltown Sports Stadium as Wests Tigers search for a fourth consecutive win against the bottom-of-the-ladder Newcastle Knights.

Following on from a gritty 24-22 win over Wyong last weekend, Stringer has been forced into several changes this Sunday, with Joel Edwards and Dallas Graham returning to the starting side in place of Rod Griffin (knee injury) and Wesley Lolo (interchange).

Young Holden Cup duo Ryland Jacobs and Esan Marsters have been rewarded for their strong form in the under-20's competition with a call-up to the side this weekend as well.

Jeremy Marshall-King replaces Josh Drinkwater (released) in the halves as per last week’s late change, with Manaia Cherrington to start at hooker with Matt Ballin named in NRL.

Still not a bad side. Good to see Marsters rewarded for his strong form.

Me too. From the highlights Marsters has seemed too big for 20s. Very happy the club is giving players like him and Felise a chance in higher grades.

I presume you mean too good rather than too big? He has been very effective in attack in NYC against non-existent defence. Scored more tries than JAC did in 2 years.

What's happened to Milone? I don't like our chances without him… But in all seriousness did he get injured? I certainly hope he isn't a shadow back for first grade. Sirro could be added to the back row too. Would do him good.

Milone has done his knee again…played on for about 30mins...most likely gone for the year...

I meant too strong and thus too good. haha I heard from Nathan's sister's cousin that he's injured. Poor fella. Fortunately we've got lots of other out-of-form players for the forum to direct their frustration at.

From what I've seen of Esan Marsters he's a talent. Congrats on the call up. Far too good for the 20s imo.
