Sure not everything is correct, that's the dynamic nature of contracts and footy clubs….things change. I'll tell you what reading this post beats the data less drivel served up by some here.
They are most probably jealous that they don't know what's going on behind the scenes.
I can't speak for others…. But when people like tank start posting slanderous BS like below.... It just goes to a whole new level.

No he wasn't. He was off the pace.
So he didnt play for Australia after the injury? They hand out Green & gold jerseys for encouragement?
To be honest, Glenn I think he only got his Australian jumper because Sheens was the coach. Both he and Tuquiri were debatable selections that year.

No not at all BT
I just think it is highly irresponsible for someone claiming to be part of the Concord scene to be accusing players of match fixing when in the end it was so far from the mark it wasn't funny
We all want the club to show some integrity and accountability in one sentence and then in the next we want more leaks than a sieve which are probably agenda driven
You can't have it both ways sorry
@ said:@ said:@ said:Is Alex Glenn on our radar SG? Geez I'd love it if we could pick him up - he's always playing off the bench at the Broncos. He's be guaranteed a run on spot here if that's what he was looking for.
Alex Glenn has resigned with the broncos
I don't think so. He said he wants to stay, but the Broncos haven't yet tabled an offer, so officially he is still off contract at the end of this season. I know it's a long shot for us to sign him, but he would add some much needed starch to our pack.

The way Anasta played for us you would think he was match fixing

This should nearly be priority after Teddy

Anasta was the worst signing in the history of the West Tigers

Ballin is up there threatening Anasta's legacy. What a waste of money.

@ said:@ said:@ said:@ said:Not me. I am Lawrence's biggest critic these days and think he should retire. But pre injury he was a hell of a player. Probably would have been origin centre had he not been injured.
Please fill me in, I am only 12 so don't know much of previous players.
What happened to Lawrence?
Dislocated a hip several years back… Never been the same since
Poor Lawrence.
Why doesn't he just retire?
@ said:Guys I'm not interested in having arguments and being abused on here for just passing on the info I was provided. So looks like brooks has accepted the lesser deal as I was told. Good to see. Value signing for you guys at that price but also leaves the door open for Nathan Cleary signing now as well.

@ said:Chris Lawrence was the best centre to ever play for the Wests Tigers, it is true that he still had the majority of his speed post the hip dislocation but he then continued to tear his hamstring which was related to the hip injury. His dislocation was horrific and took a long time to be put back into place. I also suspect that his dislocation resulted in Hip Osteonecrosis (Femoral Head Bone Death). Chris deserves a lot more respect than he receives on this forum, he suffered this injury playing for our team, it wasn't his fault he had recently signed a very lucrative contract, a contract that he fully deserved for the level of player he was. He in recent years renegotiated that deal to a much more team friendly deal, he didn't have to do that, he could have taken the money owed to him. Do you think many of our other players would have done that?
