It depends what areas he is responsible for, In the areas off the field the club has been very successful. For the football department the club has made some strong hires in the last few years and is in the process of strengthening the pathways.

Then look at the leaders responsible for the onfield success, I believe we have made the right appointments in that area and see we are still improving that when I look at the improvement in our development pathways and the juniors we have been able to attract.

Hahahahaha what on earth. With Roberts being shown the door it looks evident as ever. He’s better than any of the players they’re supposedly offering, probably better than two of them together. Mate, I hope I am right. I find it hard to be critical about the players we miss as some of that is out of our control. What is not out of our control is the players we sign and that is what I will use to judge the people in those roles.

Mate, I hope I am right. I find it hard to be critical about the players we miss as some of that is out of our control. What is not out of our control is the players we sign and that is what I will use to judge the people in those roles.

I don’t agree it is totally out of our control. I think it’s because we are seen as weak and inferior. Then again, maybe it’s all just corrupt and cannot be fixed. If that’s the case, come out and tell us that Pascoe.
