$650k for JAC would still be a reasonable price if Nofo is a 450k player

If I were Nofo on $450k and found out JAC had been signed for $650k, I’d be filthy.

JAC is the best winger in the world, he’s worth $200k more.

Nofo was the best winger in the world this season.

Don’t get me wrong, I want him here but no way is JAC worth 200k more.

On a clean slate I think Nofo is worth $550k and JAC $600k.

Rubbish, they're in different classes.

Against the Storm, Addo Carr made Nofoaluma eat dust in the long range try. He's anSOO and Kangaroo rep. There is a reason and it is obvious to the objective supporter.

Do we have to play the “imagine how good Nofo would be in that Storm team” and vice versa game? I’m happy to just leave it.

Anyway I’m not arguing that Nofo is a better winger, just that as a winger JAC is not $200k better.

Seems even JAC’s management agrees as apparently that’s fullback money.

He was worth every cent this year, what about the last few.
I think it evens itself out!

If Nofoaluma is on $450, paying JAC $650 is fine.

I agree JAC is worth $650.

I think the disconnect here is that I value Nofo more than you. For what he offers on and off the field.

One is a SOO and Australian rep player and one is not it is worth a 150k - 200k difference

JAC can tackle

We've seen in SOO JAC adds a different dimension to the game with his blinding pace, kick chase over long distance and very good one on one defence. Nofoaluma just doesn't have these tricks in his kitbag.

JAC is a must. He's been brilliant again tonight. Like Paws says it's not just the work that he does with the ball, it's without it too. The work that he does on a kick chase is massive in winning the territory battle.

The amount of games this season when we were constantly boxed in our own 20, unable to break the line, then having JACs kick chase as an option to kick early in a tackle count to relieve some pressure and have the opposition start a set 40/50 yards upfield would be massive.

I'm sure the club will do all it can to get him to the club, if he wants to be here there is a place for him.
