Jahream Bula #269

Geez Reamy has really stepped up this year. He has been exceptional, and I don't think he is anywhere near his ceiling. Still has some work to do sniffing around the ruck and pushing up in support through the middle as well as getting our D set. Whilst I am not entirely pleased with our attack this year it does look like Hodgo has helped Bula develop, hope it continues.

50 games!. Love him. A natural athlete with a great temperament. Very humble and seems very devout in his faith too.

I wonder how he would go at Centre? He's so good at busting tackles. He's not exactly an Auxiliary half in possession yet either. We wouldn't dare contemplate playing him outside of his preferred position tho would we?

Just remember, if you ever feel like this forum knows what's its talking about, there was a large group of people picking Mason over this bloke....

Bula having his best season so far. Doing really well in yardage, safe as houses under the high ball, a threat running the ball and his playmaking ability continues to improve

Very lucky we have this bloke. Hope he stays for a long time - still only 23.

It is going to happen, so I hope we are better prepared this time.
Can’t afford to let these guys with 10-15years in front of them leave.
There’s a stack of good fullbacks around the league. I’ve said before if Joey Manu was available I’d be making quiet enquiries. We know the script on Moses clients. Be proactive.

See where he was on the weekend? I think it’s obvious where he’s going.

Wests Tigers have made some updates to their NRL squad with one player catching my eye.

Aaliyah Bula
Daughter of Solomon Haumono and wife of Jahream Bula, this athletic outside back played for the Eels' Harvey Norman NSW Women's Premiership side in 2024. Bula has impressed throughout the NRLW pre-season and has been rewarded with a Development contract.

Regardless of how good she is, this is a good signing for the club. Hopefully this takes Jahream to another level and I believe it will significantly enhance our prospects of retaining him long-term.

Welcome Aaliyah!

Do you truly believe she will take his game to another level? On what do you base that?
