That all makes good sense CK provided Tracey is as good, if not better than Bula. And I for one think the shine has gone off Bula somewhat .

Conner Tracey is NOT better then Bula.
Particularly Peak Bula > Tracey.
The difference is Tracey can be a Dunlop sneekers of Fullback and consistent. At least in this he is better then Bula.
IMHO if Kennedy could come from the Sharks I would offer him 500k. I see him as a better lower value option then Tracey. ...

I suspect Bula is playing exactly how Benji wants him to. Shoring up the middle when on the line, rather than sliding and providing cover. Also directing the defence from the back, this is a skill he has learnt under Benji.
Bula is always lurking around in attack, this is something he was criticised in the past for not doing. If Benji wants him then I hope he re-signs long term.

As righteous as Bula portrays himself to be he’s signed with the objective NRL devil (Moses) not long after the Galvin debacle upended our season. Speaks volumes for his character really which is what we’re apparently scrutinising lately. I think Benji’s learnt from last years debacle so the negotiations on our part are probably in good hands whichever way they go
