Whens the last time Gavet wasn't injured? he has played 14 games in the last 4 years and 12 of those games where for us back in 2014 lol. he was 1 of the bash brothers with Tapau for us back then. If he had a full season with no injuries he would go great guns, he is only 26\. I don't think he will be in the top 17 in round 1 though. I think he needs a few games in nsw cup just to warm up, then if he goes well put him on the bench.

Sad thing is the fans were actually right, Potter should have never got the boot.

If he had the power to employ his own S&C staff he would have made the eighty no doubt about it, we were coming top 4 before Teddy went down in Potters last season.

They were good days. But we still have 2 of those bash brothers & they actually want to play for us. Teddy, Moses, Woods & Brooks are more experienced. Simona & Noffzilla are fit. Farah has a massive point to prove. And a few new recruits should add some steel & pace where we were lacking previously. Easy to get excited before in the offseason but we've been in worse positions.

Gavet is a first grader, but should not be starting at the Warriors at th expense of one of the best props in the game. As he showed with us, he worked great off the bench as part of Potter's rotation and would serve them well in that role.

On Potter, well of course he would have gone a lot better with a decent say on his roster and selections. More importantly, the club would not have had to go through successive years of virtual continuous destabilisation over/because of one Mr Farah, had his recommendation been accepted.

If he can stay injury free he might do well. Watched a recent vid on him on warriors tv, seems to be happy there, hope he does ok

I think he's looked fairly decent in both games so far. I'd love to have him back as a back-up/short minutes prop. (No chance of that)
