I have received info from one of the clubs sponsors who i work with. This info should not be taken as gospel like all the other rumours.

For what its worth

Woods is a done deal with the Dogs, was done a couple of weeks ago.

In regards to Teddy, he will remain a Tiger!

Club is also looking at Hopoate, Lichaa & Widdop.

Not saying he's better or worse, but surely you can see what's happening here. At the end of the day people believe what suits them. You believe Hooper is full of it because he's reporting something you don't want to hear, meanwhile you are desperate to be re-assured by anonymous posters on here that deep down you wouldn't really know whether to believe or not. They've been telling you what you want to hear so you try and convince yourself that they are reliable.

2 out of 3 ain't bad. Widdop is in career best form and is a goal kicker - easy choice. Hoppa Could be a bargain. If we can keep Teddy, Hoppa could be the centre we are need. Defensively very sound and very good in the air. Admittedly he is not a devastating ball runner but very safe. For the right money, I would take him.

Lichaa - why would you buy him with Liddle and Mcilwrick there. Offers very little.

Widdop good, Lichaa a liability and why would anyone sign Hoppa - to bad if you have a number od Sunday games.

Of course I prefer to hear that he is staying but I don't believe anything hooper says because A) he rarely gets it right B) his scoops don't make sense most of the time or contradict actual facts C) he is a total air head that has an agenda of keeping these contract drama stories out there for his own benefit

Totally agree Eddie. It was always going to be the Roosters, imo. No coincidence that they are trying to offload SKD, Guerra and Evans to free up some cash.

Do you sign with a club in the finals every year with corporate support and first world facilities or do you stay loyal when the best players are leaving the club.
Some stick solid this generation walk and take the easiest path to success. It's about winning now. They are taking time to maximise dollars decision was made weeks ago.

If Ted stays I would be very surprised. Hope so but it's no chance.

Lovett, Milone, Rankin, Naiqama all staying loyal and not wanting to leave us unlike the big shots

I rather have Robbie and Benji back than these young lads with no loyalty

I would not be surprised if the Farah saga affected these guys. Like or loath him he was treated poorly and I am sure they did look up to him. Sadly the vindictive person who did this is no longer here and it would seem not too many players will be either.
