James Tedesco Signs with Roosters [Official]

I have strong mail from an announcement that Tedesco is going to join Easts.

Jokes aside, glad that all the bleeding has pretty much taken place now and we can all move on.

We'll miss him at the back, but his money will be well spent and instead of being a team that regularly misses the finals when their X-factor at the back can't carry them there, we'll have a well rounded team that will be better placed to make the finals.

It's not all doom and gloom, we still have plenty to do in the player market which means more exciting news to come. Our recruitment and retention won't end on a sour note for us this year.

UTWT.

sorry Milky. you can take him off your 2018 team list. oh well, i was holding out a little flicker of hope for an 11 hour backflip as well.
Now lets go raid the Rooster stable (or pen) while they are trying to hide all the paper trails.

The weight has been lifted.. I won't have to hold my breath anymore if I see him rising gingerly to his feet after an awkward tackle for the rest of the season though, that's a plus!

Managers have been doing the same thing for years.. If the Nrl actually grew some balls and put a transfer period at the end of the year none of this nonsense would happen.

Yep would spare the fans and the players a lot of torment.Doesnt seem to bother the NRL though - maybe they are hoping we implode

Greenberg recently made a comment that was along the lines of enjoying the sideshow that is the contract comings and goings during the season. Couldn't believe it.

Of course he would enjoy it. It keeps the media's spotlight off of what a pathetic job Greenburg the little trouser snake and his useless mates are doing at NRL HQ. The City/Country debacle is a case in point.

This is a funny one. I was trying to think of other Tigers players that left the club when we (consensus: fans + management) really wanted them to stay - not so many really. Maybe only Scott Prince.

He's tainted for sure, his deeds at the club won't be savoured and frankly I will delight in his misfortune in coming seasons, not to get injured, I don't wish that on anyone, but the downfall of his club and his personal loss of form, I'd love to see him lose his Blues jersey for example. Would make me feel warm inside.

Not so bad as Woods just because Tedesco kept his mouth shut more often, but the way he reneged on the Raiders, Tedesco's got a reputation now. I'd love to know what it was specifically that drove him away from the club, we were giving him the keys to the office.

But it's not a good taste, I can cop Ava leaving because he was not key to our success and he handled the exit well, but Tedesco will always leave a sour taste when I think about him. Forever.

So go to hell James, sorry pal, you are dead to me.

Meh, he's gone. Who cares now…

I wish Easts and Canterbury nothing more than misfortune for the extent of their contracts there (well, I always wish misfortune on Easts.)
