Jayden Sullivan

Yeah, he was getting castigated by most for simply being average. We mightn't agree on too much, but we and an odd other were calling out the hypocrisy regarding Sullivan and Galvin.
It’s almost predictable the mob has turned on Lachlan since then. Some of the posts about him lately are garbage tier.

We treated this bloke like shit last year whilst pumping the tyres of a kid who hadn’t earned his spot. We then try to get rid of him, eventually deciding to loan Bud whilst offering Galvin a mill.
YOU REAP WHAT YOU SOW.
Yea, 100%

We treated Bud like absolute crap. He took a risk coming here as we took a risk on him.
Then our poor planning kicked in and we had Fainu's/Sezer/etc signed making his spot perilous. Then we sign Luai and he becomes surplus to needs.

Suddenly in the souths game, we go to their try line so often and it's Api Koroisau who's scoring by outstepping Latrell... Because no one else had a clue what to do on the souths line.

I won't say Galvin hasn't earned his spot he definately hasn't earned a 1m signing. I see a guy with potential but someone who doesn't have the calm to look for moments to shine and botches it too often overplaying his hand. A great center, but a hopeless 5/8. ... Like many are saying, would rather Bud at the moment.

Bud was bog average across two stints in firsts last year. But when he was relegated to KOE, he strung a few good games together before we started shopping him around and his confidence and form dropped again. He seems a lot happier at Souths.

He has a mentor. Benji is a friend. It's tough.

He was average, a work in motion that we couldn’t be bothered spending time on.
He always appeared though to be the only half that worried opposition defences last year. Meanwhile Galvin was average as well yet treated very very differently.

I think Bud was playing heavy last year....

People tell me he's got the same sort of pace asEzra Man.If so maybe theirs something to look forward to next year.Ive only seen him play one game against us he looked pretty quick.
Same pace, same ability, but nowhere near the same confidence, self belief or heart.
Ezra what a player, best 5/8 in the NRL in my opinion,

He must have felt sick to his stomach when he heard that news sitting in the hospital with his broken leg …
I do feel sorry for him and I also feel sorry for all Wests Tigers supporters myself included as we probably now have no option other than to have a player on our books getting paid 500-550k per season that doesn’t want to be here.
From Sullivan’s point of view there are plenty of people doing it much tougher than collecting a 500-550k pay cheque to put up with listening to Benji’s dribble.
For us it’s another 500-550k reduction of what our team can spend on our 2026 & 2027 Salary Vap, but I suppose what does it matter we don’t sign anyway and never end in spending our full salary cap anyway.
