I dont see Lima coming and im suprised so many people remain so optimistic when for the 2nd time he comes out and say hes not going anywhere.

Never has there been a quote from Lima saying he wants to come,a nd most speculation never has a quote.

All the theories that hes trying to hide it as a smoke screen seem stupid, I dont see why he wouldnt be honest with a club thats treated him well and that he has done well for.

Imaging one of our guys, after we won the grand final, came out and said im not going, im not going then you read the paper the next day and see hes signed elsewhere. (and if anyone brings up prince and laffranchi they were very honest about everything).

I really dont see him coming.

I'm not ruling it out yet but i admit the odds of him signing appear to have lengthen dramatically. However, IF has has already agreed 3 weeks ago as has been reportedly stated then who knows. Time will tell i guess but right now i think the signs are all pointing to him going nowhere.

The club IS in talks with Lima. But it isn't as easy as you guys think. He is still contracted to Storm and all parties involved are working to some sort of outcome. And YES he does want to come home.

FTR - I hope your multitude of earlier posts are correct and we snare Lima - and you have the last laugh. But don't try to back away from your 'am I ever wrong' posts before the final whistle just to cover yourself in case we miss out on signing Lima - it ruins whatever credibility you may have.

Last I heard there was no transfer fee involved, so we didn't "sell" him and we won't "buy" him.

It's no different to when Moltzen or Tuaiki would have been upgraded from roundabout 50k to the 200k+ mark.
