Big metres with every carry.
Watching Flegg yesterday , it certainly was heart attack stuff at the end. They were so good for most of the match and St george got a sniff at the end and they are a very good team. Well done boys. I would be bringing Hayward and Attard back to Flegg and keeping Kit in there and have a red hot crack at taking the Flegg title. Attard had a very good game in KOE yesterday, like the way he is coming on. Hopefully something to cheer about. Go young Tiges you good things.

It was a great performance from Flegg on Sunday for 68 minutes. We comprehensively won all the key stat areas and looked the stronger team even when they scored the first 2 tries.

They just got a run of momentum partly caused by a poor clearing kick from Logan Brookes one time & a kick off out on the full from Brookes in that same period. Dragons have some elite class players & it stood up the last 10 mins when the offloads kept coming.

I am sure Shane Sultana will focus on keeping focus & connected late in the game & completions which will stand the team in good stead coming towards the finals (hopefully!).

Ryder Huth was MOM, he was exceptional especially his running game & some of his strong last-line tackles. Van Drie & Kit L were huge. I rate BVD highly and he makes so much difference to this team as a lock who can direct traffic, run fast & strongly & defence with strong contact and effort.

Huahulu & Glassie were very good as were the Taotua brothers in yardage. Pritchard was good at 5/8 and Duncombe & CTM were strong as usual up front.

What position did Ryder Huth play----not in my team list. Glassie either but presume centre.

Ryder Huth played 5/8.
Looks to be a tallish wirey and tough kid from Queensland with good speed off the mark and plays without fear.
I recall BWG and a few of the regular lower grade watchers gave him good wraps earlier in the season and nobody could understand who he was dropped back out of the team shortly afterwards.
He is a a very much run first type of 5/8 not too dissimilar in playing style to Adam Doueihi.
One great game doesn’t make a season, but he was a standout man of the match last week, so keen to see if he can back it up between now and the end of the Jersey Flegg season.
Another of our Flegg players who I believe continues to fly under the radar is Leonard Plati. He is a specialist interchange prop who is not overly big, but more than makes up for it with his uncompromising style of play, he always brings high energy, toughness and aggression, I love the way he plays he hope it does not go unnoticed in regards to keeping him around in some capacity next season even though he will be too old to play Flegg again.
