lol! I genuinely forgot that Russell Packer was once good at rugby league. I only think of him as a $700K~ salary cap penalty.

…funny how the love fest for Aloiai ended when he dissed the club …


That's because even though we criticize the club at times, when it comes to the crunch we're mostly loyal supporters.

When Josh showed his disloyalty and total disrespect for the jersey he was always going to cop hell, and deservedly so.

Not arguing that ...but it didn't make him a crap footballer did it ....just a crap person


If a few could drop the hate for 5 minutes they'd remember Aloiai is a better footballer than Jo O and if we are losing him we should be getting someone better than him

Just remember only 2 sides have shown interest in Jo O ....Saints and Us

If we keep downgrading our players we will end up as continual spoon favourites

Mate , I straight up disagree. Ja had his only good year in first grade this past year. Last year many were calling him useless, and soft. I’ve always liked josh , but he came in as a powerful edge player if we all remember, but he had zero lateral quickness and went missing a lot.
I remember his career completely . Came from Parra mid season , got injured a lot , lost his power , and has been moved inside and become a very good front rower this past season .
I wish him all the best , I think Joe O is better . I’ve liked Joe O since he made his debut . He’s always been a good metre eater and is solid in the middle . He had 1 down year last year . Josh had 1 good year .

And as I keep saying he looks good behind blokes like Haas ,Fifita ..in the past Thaiday ...Gillett ....McGuire ....Jadyn Sua .....

He looks good because he is surrounded by good ...you take him from that good and ask him to stand out like he did at Brisbane without those blokes ......it won't happen

How can you make a statement like that? Maybe those players looked good behind him. Put him behind Tamou, Stefano, LL, Blore. Nothing wrong with those blokes.

Seriously ...half these blokes were playing SOO in the most dominant side before he had started at State School

And again ...I'll remind everyone this ..Kevie , the bloke who coached him at SOO DOESN'T want him .....that has to scare people

It was Madge's choice to go for Jo and as Tiger supporters we have to support and go with that. I really think that Cleary is making much better player buys than the last few Tigers coaches. In 2021 Wests Tigers will have one of its strongest forward packs in years.

Sadly I think Packer’s mojo left the building a long time ago, if he ever had in the first place that is.

Interesting question - if I'd asked you 6 or 12 months ago about swapping Joe O for Josh A, would you have said yea or nay?

Prior to Broncos 2020 debacle I would have been all for it. Which says, for me, Joe O has proven potential and just needs to get back to good football. Aloiai has been gradually improving over time but Joe O's best football is way better than anything Aloiai has achieved to date.

he had Fifita and Haas getting most of the carries and his wife was also battling cancer so that's one way he's performance could have been effected.

Been carried by a very good pack ...we wll find out the hard way ...again

I think Joe is a lot better footballer than Alaoai - I know it was only QLD but he did play SOO.

Had a bad year, because of various reasons (2 of which were his wife and how bad the Donkeys went) - I think you are upset over his DH excursions.

I think he'll go ok, good luck to Manly with Aloiai, they'll need it. So, we'll see at the end of 2021 Hap.
