I’m very reluctant to bag players but that was diabolical today from Joey. In addition to the obvious misses/misreads I watched closely the urgency to make it back just in case, help a team mate etc. and it was non-existent all game. Cannot be in first grade next week. It will outset his brother but that is a necessary evil. Couldn’t believe Mbye wasn’t put out there after 30 mins.

Fairly obvious the left edge was terrible and BJ was was very much the weakest link. Needs to be dropped, replaced by Mybe who proved he can defend.

How many times do our recruitment staff need to make the same mistakes in short term quick fix solutions with the wrong players? Every organisation on the planet won’t get anywhere unless the values of the staff/ players align with that of the club. You can’t change someone’s values yet we recruit a bloke like Joey! Lazy, arrogant doesn’t give a rats but because he might show a bit of talent Hartigan recruits him. You watch Robert’s will be next but I hope I’m wrong.
