You know what? I have never said a bad word about the guy until that recent post, NEVER! So I don't know whose posts you have confused mine with because I have always supported the the guy. I am only just now starting to question his ability to get the job done and I have my reasons for doing so. Whether you agree with them or not, I don't really care.

Presentation play a big part. He’s a reflection of the club from the ground up.

I dunno I've seen Pascoe on most game days and he's usually dressed to the nines. The Q&A was during his offseason, probably during his holiday.

Anyone can put on a suit and shave, I don't see any issue with Pascoe's appearance ever, and honestly who cares. It's not as if Wayne Bennet or Bellyache are style masters.

I don't get it, the bloke is usually full-on suit for most conferences and match days. In fact if anything I'd accuse him of looking a bit too much like a real estate agent. Half the other blokes don't even wear ties.

Every year there is a target for blame at this club. It use to be Farah and looks like the mantle has gone to Pascoe. Maguire will be next in line.The ridiculous expectations on individuals is more about fans off loading their frustrations, than being realistic about what level of accountability can be levelled at any one person for the lack of success at this club in recent times.

You wouldn't have a clue though, so I don't get why people speculate. Pascoe's job is 95% behind closed doors, it's not like Madge who is directly responsible for team performance.

Almost nobody on here sees the KPIs that Pascoe is responsible for / measured against, and if you do see them, items like revenue, sponsorship, membership - they're all at high levels.

So if you see Pascoe and reckon he's out of his depth, I'm interested to know how you come to that conclusion based on video. You've probably not even met the bloke.

But, every Tigers CEO has been maligned, this is no different. People talking as if they've been auditing the CEO behind closed doors.

JAC would be on the same pay rate as Gagai. Souths would be happy to increase some flexibility in their cap by moving him on. I know who I would want chasing a failed twenty forty. I think JAC is good value on the net cost of his contract but Belly is trying to increase that cost.

Ok, I’ll break it down And we are talking hypothetical as JAC won’t end up at Souths, but I’m gonna entertain the logic.

Gagai on 750k
JAC 350k

Souths would have to then pay $400k transfer/contract fee (What ever you want to call it) Which is cap inclusive, THEN upgrade JAC contract So to get JAC For 2020 it actually hits Souths in the first season harder than retaining gagai.

But Souths have to release a player to get LM, so whys that gonna be id they are player swapping for JAC? So Souths have to come up with the JAC space the latrell space on top of signing arrow on 900k a season ALL for 2020. in the mean time they have a bunch of rep players coming off contract 2020/2021 they want to retain.

While I don’t disagree with your view on the situation you outlined I was simply responding to the question of JAC’s price tag in making a comparison with Gagai. Gags was told by Bennet that he was a winger and then some members of the msm have suggested $750k is a lot to pay for a flanker. My view that JAC is good value at $700k is taking into account the changing nature of the game and how he is superbly suited.
