The video doesn’t prove anything. While yelling at her like that isn’t a good look he doesn’t touch her and it’s right after she busted into his house so obviously he’ll be angry. Nothing in it I think.

I don’t even know where to start with this. But hopefully you don’t have a missus or a daughter if you think that this is a normal way to interact

Mate , you keep saying this and no one replied because people do have daughters. And if my daughter has done what this girl has done and the worst thing that happened is him swear at her , and tell her to gtfo , Then I would consider that a lucky escape .
You sound like a huge snowflake. If that language is enough for you to drop your bundle than I don't know what to say.
This , even at its worst , is a bruised arm and a few bad words and hurt feelings . Now the fact that her whole accusation has question marks , throws the whole thing into question .
Yet you still double down on some , weird notion of chivalry.

If you were dating my daughter Or mother or sister (theoretically) and u called her a C word and threatened to assault her, Id chin you.

To someone uninvited appearing within your house?

If she wasn’t entitled to be there she would of been charged. He was the one who went to the cops first

What does it say in the police sheets?

When did he threaten to assault her? He called her names and told her to get out of his house. After all the shit she did to him I can’t blame him for being angry. Despite how you feel about the situation the video proves nothing in court.

You're making an assumption here without knowing the facts - it's not in anyone's best interests to make assumptions in this case.

You’re assuming that he knew she supposedly faked the pregnancy prior to this video when you don’t.

Guys no swearing please. Keep it civil despite the difference of opinion - and try not to make assumptions either, it's not good practice.

She was either there with or without consent and
Given the gravity of the situation if she wasn’t meant to be there it probably would of been previlent information to give police.

BREEN shed light on the sequence before the video.

Josh was on the toilet (no2) and on his phone (of course) ex ran up and took his phone off him while on the toilet (which is very provocative in itself ) (Imaging your reaction if your partner did this to you) 😮In addition she accused him of cheating, hence the hilarious convict comment and josh losing the plot.

Lovely chain of events.

I don't disagree with that, but it also reflects on Josh's character and the decision he made on the night.

Lol really ? I'd like to see you try. That's absolutely ridiculous.
A. Thier relationship is none of your business, unless abuse is involved.
B. Especially with the type of language used in Aus (eg. A C bomb can be used as a term of endearment ), having a fight where that type of language is used , considering the circumstances, most reasonable people would say , yea fair enough.
C. Anybody who would openly threaten to belt someone, without considering the whole context , based on a short video , is a joke. I believe you would try to put one on my chin , but find that's about all you would be doing .
Your a joke.

Not really worth arguing over is it. Courts will decide. No one really knows what’s actually happened besides Reynolds and this woman. Let’s just be happy he’s allowed to play so we can focus on footy until he’s due back in court 👍🏻

Yep . Fair play . I just find thinly veiled threats ridiculous. Hitting someone for swearing at them or a loved one , is really dense. But your right , I apologise .

I have issues ? Ok mate . Your the one who was saying they'd snot someone for swearing at them or Thier daughter , like it's 2am in the cross . Especially using words that have become common vernacular, for better or worse , in the Australian language . Just tone it down. Your lack of humanity , and quick judgement makes you seem extremely unreasonable.

Josh isn’t going to go to gaol regardless of what happened that night. That we can all agree on. However thinking that it’s ok for a male to physically intimidate, strike, threaten to or the other is simply pathetic. Tigers have 2 of them on their team currently.
