Junior Pauga

Ouch, just remember everyone, the game essentially means nothing.

Be kind.
It does mean something though...it means last place.

And last place means recruiting is even harder, club's image is even worse etc etc...

We, literally, had our coach sit there in the presser today and say "the player needs to know the rules".

My 12 yo son knows the rule...

It is just a very low point, for what has been a terrible season.

For a 26 yo to not know the rule...just no other club has this stuff happen.

And then the other "intellectual giant" next to him comes up with a shoulder to the head...whilst Naden drags a tackled player by his jersey into touch...both automatic pens.

In the 78th min.

Under 10s stuff.

it doesnt coming 9th is just as bad as last place
players have never wanted to come to us even when we were winning

and maybe our coach should blame himself too a little afterall he left someone on the bench for 79 min and put him on in such a vital time wtf kinda person would do that

Who even identified this guy to bring him down from Q cup?

Whoever did should be blacklisted from recruitment ever again

Awful player

Who cares

WTs are a team down on confidence. They’ve got some good players one way of getting some confidence back is having a leader, who is organising everyone. How’s the old saying go, “it’s a game of inches”. As fans looking on, we can only be disappointed after losing another game in such a shambolic way.

But we showed this year, that we can beat the best. We beat Parra, who are the only team to beat Penrith. Sheensy knows that and more. So, it was a year to probably forget, the players will definitely want to, I’d reckon.

Next week will be an interesting game to see what Doueihi can do against Whiten. Yeah, our forwards are probably gonna get beaten up, but who knows?

You honestly don't care that a professional sports team has a player who did not know the rules?

And that we have just come last?

If so, that is def your choice and glad you don't mind.

I have a friend whose flight was delayed 12 hours once...he smiled, curled up in a ball and went to sleep on a bench. Did not bother him.

A pro footy team 'probably' does need to care though Tony.....

"we can beat the best"

The Dogs, who were also terrible, beat the top teams also.

That was more a case of the top teams taking the week off mentally.

We have a long way to go...a long, long way.

Mate it's a game there is more to life. Take a breather.

The bloke will know he stuffed up. Move on.

I dunno, I just got around to watching Kimmorley on the after match interview, and he said, the players can’t do the basics. Is that true? They kind of proved it in the game, but still, I reckon that’s bs. The players have got no confidence, they’re just not tuned on. They need to get organised, toughen up a lot and win a few games. Then we might see some of the same players having more of an impact.

That Junior Pauga play absolutely summed us up.

Firstly, a Z grader is our depth. No NRL size or skill. Recruitment fail. Plays badly in a state cup team beaten by 100s past few weeks...finds himself in first grade.

Secondly, zero IQ as to what to do. Dumb team.

Thirdly, no one gave him a verbal for being so casual. Sam Walker copped it from JWH and Radley two weeks ago over a missed opp. We have no leaders.

Fourthly, a game that is won with a pen to lead by 8...we lose in the last min.

Honestly, that one play sums up the last few yearss.

We should title 2020-2022 the Pauga era.

Everything wrong with us in a single play.

And I don't even mean to single him out. He is not alone. But his moment captures everything wrong with the club.
When I saw his name in the team list I had a bad feeling. Got that right.

that's not very professional of those top clubs is it ???
i mean they are all legit 1st graders at the top of there games not a reserve grader whos not even in our top 30

Think he's referring to there not being much core skill coaching with the players under madge.

Madge 100% was the reason.

He signed him an

Happens in all sports.

Golden State have lost to a bottom team. Man City have lost to relegated teams.

No one can be 'up mentally' every week.
