I can't believe nobody is mentioning him. IF we tabled a 3 year 3 million offer (notice i said IF) which we withdrew to Moses, then why wouldn't we look at signing this guy when he comes back to Sydney next year? That figure is definately in the ball park of what he will get.

If the Dogs were to go after Cronk or even if they don't, why cant we target Foran and make the Dogs go high for him, which in turn means less cap space for them to throw around. Parra obviously will be out of action, which leaves us in a good position.

Pass for me. We need to sort our pack out before spending big in halves. He's selfish like Moses.

If you want a good half thats a risk due to his personality go for Todd Carney. He will be cheap and havena point to prove. Leaves us with the cash to get the forwards we desperately need.

He jumped ship at Parramatta and left the country due to personal issues and his gambling problem, said he needed to get out of Sydney, went to the Warriors who gave him a lifeline, and before a ball was even kicked and had started training with the Warriors rumours started about wanting to come back to Sydney.

He will end up at the Dogs with Des, only reason the Dogs board didn't sack Des

I forgot about him old thirsty mouth…..we should defiantly consider him he's a great player and he'd have something to prove
 
He'd be great, but his mental state would be a big turn off. Jack Bird is still unsigned Just sayin…
 
He couldn't handle the media pressure. We are a club always under the microscope. His life would always be in the spotligt. He also showed at the Eels despite top dollar that he couldn't handle a rebuild.

Granted times change but for what it would cost would it be worth the risk & do we want to run the risk of more instability?

Pass for me.
 
With Mitch going to the Eels it would be hilarious if Foran came to us, stayed long term and nailed it.

Can't see it happening but would be awesome.
 
There's a huge risk involved with Kieran Foran. But, a motivated, fully fit both mentally and physically Kieran Foran is near the best in the game and would give us one of the strongest Wests Tigers teams in the clubs history.
 
This is a very interesting discussion. In terms of pure football playing skills, he is exactly what we want in a five eighth. He is tough, a direct runner and sets up the play beautifully for his outside men. On top of this, he is a solid defender and a leader. He would be the perfect compliment and mentor for Brooks. However, his emotional state is a big question. I have no idea of the depths of his gambling problem or even if he has one. We certainly don't need another Simona repeat or anything like it. Is he back on track now? Maybe, Cleary is the type of calm, no nonsense coach he needs. I think the Tigers should strongly consider at least having a chat with him.

Only throwing picky info out, but they split up last year. However she does have custody of his daughter…..

If his head was screwed on right I'd have him in a heartbeat.....

Fix the forwards and the rest will sort itself out

When you only have to score 18 points most weeks instead of 30+ life will be easier
 
Well unlike some on here I'm interested in winning. I couldn't care less about what happens in someone's private life. Last time I looked nearly every team has somebody that has screwed up at some point.

If Foran wants to have any custody of his kids, he needs to be in Sydney. Cmon people, it's time for us to sign some winners to take the club forward
 
Has an unsavoury past and so the wowsers may not be interested. He is exactly what we need though. We are a rabble and for the longest time we have been poor game managers. Today typified our weakness in this area. Foran is a leader and an absolute pro in this area. Would make us a 50% better team immediately. Only need to look at the Warriors for this.

Absolutely. The type of player we need and have lacked since scott prince.
