It would have to be 05 like at this point and whilst not expecting much, let alone that, the team has a much more favourable couple of months worth of the draw coming up.

Even if they do improve during that period (and surely they can't be worse) to string a run of wins together, it will again almost certainly be yet another false dawn.

Hoffman has bulked up since his unfortunate debut when Mbye hung him out to dry - he looked good on the weekend. Cini also looked good and Fitzgibbon scored an amazing try and has speed to burn but he didn’t look too interested when it was timeto defend.

Non-contact change of direction, that is how most of them occur.

I think this was actually contact injury. Some landed on his thigh, pushing it and the rest of the body back, shin stayed forward. Almost hyperextension ACL tear rather than your cutting/decelleration injury.
