Krisnan Inu

Ya know I would have been all for signing Inu,I totally rate him.

But…..I think Ayshford really is a star in the making.

I dont think we need Inu.

Can still fit both.

Personally I would prefer another quality prop above all, but there should always be room for a quality player like Inu.

the no.1 centre we should be focused on is lawrence.
i want him announced with a 3 year extension.
i'm happy with the dollars invested in our backline.

i just want to see a concentrated effort towards first grade prop depth.

I was at Henson Park on Saturday to watch the double header and for the life of me I cannot understand why we signed Daniela and Brown over Davis and Pritchard. They are a class above reserve grade!

I concur. Waste of time, effort and above all, salary cap. Inu would be an outstanding signing and would complement our blossoming backline. Depth is a wonderful luxury to have. With young Andrew Fifita and this massive Ben Murdoch waiting in angst for an opportunity, the Wests Tigers squad is only set to strengthen itself in the coming years. There is a great sense of morale and loyalty in the joint at the moment, which is why players are opting to stay on. Something very special is brewing.

yes Gobbsy - indeed - something very special is brewing for the mighty wests tigers - we are only getting better - but still short of a prop - we need to address this somewhere down the line dont you think? Lima is either going to the bulldogs or roosters reportedly - what about us? just one more prop.

I read a while back that Iafeta Palea'asina is looking at heading back home to the NRL at the seasons end of the English Super League. Still in his late 20's and was devastating with the Warriors when he was playing with the New Zealand franchise. Earned the nickname Mr. Effective. Used to love his charges from the kick-off. Would often break the line more times than not.

Inu can look so poor and so well. I have never seen a player that is so inconsistent. The only thing he does well consistenly, is kick goals.

would love to have him here, at either fullback or centre (not needed on the wing), ayshford isn't having a good season so far, a bit of 2nd year syndrome perhaps.

His goal kicking alone would win us an extra couple of games

Ayshford is going great guns, don't know what games you have been watching,he shut down Tonga and Morris in consecutive weeks.
But Inu would be OK as fullback, can kick goals as well.

I agree 851 - Ayshford is more than holding his own this season to date - rather him than Inu in the centres although Inu can kick some great goals from the sidelines - winger maybe?

How on earth is this guy playing first grade he's just lethargic mistake ridden shows no enthusiasm plain not interested. Surely there's a kid with more go in them waiting for an opportunity.

Inu has the talent but based on the past 12 months of form i wouldn't be touching him. Sure, we've reversed the fortunes of previous parra rejects but in this instance i don't really see the need for him. In 2011 we'll have:

1\. Ryan
2\. Tuqiri
3\. Ayshford
4\. Lawrence
5\. Tuiaki

I don't see the logic in buying Inu on the hope he might come good. We're not in a position where we need to take risks on players at the moment so i really can't see us going at him, unless barring the unthinkable Tuiaki comes across more issues with his leg.
