Too much running across the ruck and field today. Mostly running his options out of space. If he wants to create numbers then he must get in better position before the the ball is delivered or continue to the outside of Sezer, possibly through a run around.

Olam and his winger needed a blanket to keep themselves warm in attack for most of the match.

Multiple times he was waiting for someone to run onto him. More than once he was barking at players to run onto the ball and they just looked around. Galvin is trying and showing more intent/effort than nearly most of the squad around him.

Our squad is in all sorts of trouble, the 2nd half they switched off and some players just gave up.

I don’t mean to be harsh but I am thinking he is looking a bit bereft of ideas out there. No shame in taking a step back and working on the finer points of his game in terms of creativity. I know Sezer is out but maybe when he returns?

Bula has shown a lot more than Galvin in first grade. However to give Galvin his dues, his defence has been very solid.

Galvin is a learning year not just a rookie he’s out of school. Has to work on speed training can’t make numbers unless you can get outside your man. He will grow and get faster and stronger. Tall kids will take time.
He’s doing okay has to cop the bumps along the way.

He is 18 years old. He is doing great with a lot more to learn. He is never going to be consistent this early in his career and shouldnt be expected to.
