Only if the workplace is seen to support or turn a blind eye to it. If Galvin hasnt raised the issue through proper channels, then they don't have any thing to act on. If he or his agent have, and there is no investigation then absolutely.

Galvin has more to lose than we do. Whether he plays reserves or sits out the season, he is only hurting himself because we are only paying tiny dollars for him.

His best option is to kill it in reserves and put himself on show so he can get his million dollar contract earlier than expected and move clubs as soon as possible the minute a suitable trade comes up for us.

For me that would be the basis of a deal . I’d have to … and I mean have to get … a gem from their development system who’s on the cusp of an nrl debut . Preferably someone around 20/21 , who’s had a couple of years developing .

All I’m saying is , if I apply the HR corporate logic I have to work around all day , to this situation .. then there’s no way a hr person isn’t recommending Richo give Turuva a verbal warning .

Yea like I said , the reason I think like this , is because it happened to someone at my work , almost identical situation . And they got a warning . It was a what’s app group amongst colleagues . Anyways … I just want the club to keep the asset and trade it for a high quality player in a position of need , not someone like KPP who we could sign anyway for next year . Someone who weakens the team we all know is causing this ,, the eels . Lomax would be ideal , but not likely .
