I’ve never ever seen a manager “manage” personality clashes in my life . They are nearly always either settled between the 2 or 1 moves on .
You’re in a dream world .
Even when they’re settled it’s only a matter of time for time before 1 leaves the team .
They death ride each other behind thier backs , the teams nearly always split , and really whichever is the most popular in the group nearly always is the one who sticks around .

If you add Taylan than Doueihi becomes the back up half. Now I know he has deficiencies in that spot but we are talking about the halves here, there aren't many NRL starters who don't have deficiencies. I'm more than comfortable with Luai/Latu with Doueihi or Mason filling in when needed.

Mason could possibly make it as he is still young and relatively unknown but i don't think Douehi could

Professional clubs would drop kick his arse out of the club as soon as he wrote off the coach. How Benji could write LG's name on his team lists for the past 4 games is astounding. How Richo insisted the player remain at the club is extraordinary.

It’s because the take on the situation you are peddling isn’t accurate.

It doesn't matter who you replace him with in the NRL team. He made a mockery of the club, the coach, and the team, and the disease needed to be eradicated ASAP. Richo and Benji were side tracked by their ongoing fight with the manager.

I think they thought they’d won him over. I don’t know why, if nothing else convinced him to leave, spoonbowl did.

I can hold a grudge for ever and a day,he is not as big a lowlife as Moses was when he tanked but he is 2nd on my shitlist.I don't mind any player leaving our club and going elsewhere it is the way that you do it which is most important to me.As in life INTEGRITY is the most important commodity and he has very little.

Tuck...your thoughts on the dossier? To me it's such a rat thing to do...should he not have discussed his issues like a reasonable human being?

I'd be pretty upset if one of my teammates had been building a secret case file against us.

I didn’t like the dossier, at worst he should have used it in a meeting with his coaches to plead his case. Using it during a contract negotiation was very poor form.
Did he build it against the team or his peers?
From what I understand, it was greivances from incidents at training where he felt he wasn’t being treated the same.

He is on the same shit-list for me as Mitch - Aloiai - Taupau - Matterson & Glenn Morrison who signed with Norths to be at a club with a future.... (despite a stacked back-row in Fairleigh-Larson & Moore ahead of the prick)!!

Classic journeymen every time these rats leave - Morrison from Balmain to Norths to Parra to Nth Qld to ESL....

NEVER played for NSW or Australia!

The lessons are there in history for all these upstart pricks who chase money and clout!!
