Has it been shown that these grievances are all about Benji?
I took it to mean here are some issues I have with this club being able to develop me. The first couple are things related to coaching decisions but what about the rest?

That letter is a warning…I.e. tell those boofheads to stop attacking me online. It’s also initiating a trail that can be used to force an early exit should actions persist.
Classic tactics in many workplaces when an employee falls out with colleagues.

What it really says is “Let me start by saying I hate Benji Marshalls guts. He is the worst coach in the world and wasn’t even that good of a player and as such, there’s absolutely nothing he can teach me that I don’t already know. I have surpassed him as a player.”.
Allegedly of course. You would have to ask MTD or Ink or others to confirm.

It's never been bullying. To be workplace bullying it must be "repeated and unreasonable behavior towards a worker that creates a risk to health and safety". I don't believe either condition has been satisfied.
It's purely been a smokescreen created by Moses' Issac & (Moses S.C.) who drafted legal letter served on club earlier in the week.
The only way the club has any danger is if there is evidence of other bullying events, of which we are not aware.

Galvin thought agitating for a release by accusing his teammates of bullying was going to get him what he wanted.

Now he has to train and play with the coach and team that he dogged.

He is not going to feel comfortable.

It must be awkward, even while they're playing, I can't imagine how the team doesn't feel like they're walking on egg shells around him.

The club can confirm that the reports published last night (21st April 2025) by The Sydney Morning Herald naming two Wests Tigers Players were not correct.

Neither player has ever made a complaint to the club or the RLPA. This was confirmed by both the players and the RLPA this morning.

The story is simply not true.

We felt it was important to clarify this, as the report has caused unnecessary stress and hurt to the players and their families.

Not sure when the RLPA statement wa issued
