Ladder- Now 12th

There's only four competition points between us and 6th place, there are a lot of teams on equal points around the fringes of the 8\. I think it'll be the usual finish with a lot of teams on equal points and we'll probably be equal 6th on competition points, and about 11th once PD comes into it..
 
Can't see us making the 8, certainly not with out awful for and against, if we do it'll be a bonus though. Just as long as we don't get the spoon and remain competitive for the remaining rounds will do me.
 
We need to win pretty much every game and in doing we need to start handing out some hidings to a few teams to turn our F&A around. I'm sure we'll be competitive with some injured troops back on deck but we're still inconsistent and this will hurt us.

Get behind the 20's and State Cup sides, they'll be in the finals once again this year.
 
Id like the boys to make the 8 I guess other than the GF its what everyone strives for.
But I'd sacrifice that very remote possibility for a plan to slowly and carefully blood the young guns who will carry the Tigers flag in 2014.
Even if we lose every game, who cares if we are preparing for 2014 and doing the right thing by the club in the long run and the young guns by blooding them in a calculated way.
Even if we make the 8 this year we will go nowhere we haven't got it to knock off Rabbits, Roosters etc.
Thought we did after beating Storm but with so much to play for against Sharks and a bye the following week, that first half was just disgusting with that in mind.
Hence bye 2013.
 
It will be a Miracle if we make the top 8 ( i know we are all praying for it)
But in hindsight finishing higher than 10 will do this season considering the horror run we have had with injuries.
It will be a stepping stone for Potter and we can look forward to atop 8 next season.
 
I do believe that wests-tigers will finish higher than last year placing.
it will be an acceptable result, considering the disruptions this year

we'll need to win six from our eight games to achieve that…..it would be a remarkabe result imo but cannot see it, funnier things have happened tho

Yes, in 2005.
 
We'll go undefeated, put 40 past Souths, make the eight, go through the finals undefeated and face the Roosters in the GF where we'll play the absolute greatest, most perfect rugby league match of all time and defeat them. Along the way we'll blood Brooks who will be so amazing he'll somehow jag a spot in the Australian side at the end of the year. Robbie Farah will win the Dally M. James Tedesco the Clive Churchill Medal. We'll go on to win 12 straight premierships.
 
There is a lot of talent in the squad and have learnt some key lessons.

I played around with the predictor after the Sharks match. On the tightrope and put simply, I will think about Wests making the 8 if they win the next 3 matches (NZ, Gold Coast, Manly).

Nah gotta agree, gnr4\. just chill out let him post whatever he wants, i mean you can have a discussion with him but no need to abuse him. he's not hurting anyone.
