Just called up to renew my membership, was promised a call back within one hour. Three hours later, no call.
You would think we are overwhelmed with members or something… :wtf
Well today was the cut-off for keeping your allocated seats, and there were at least a few hundred memberships added to the counter. If you had tried a couple days ago, you may have found they had more time to help you.
You've got to be kidding me, making excuses for poor service.
They should be bending over backwards to try and sign up members.
If I didn't call back myself, I would have lost my seats. That is just piss poor.
Yes, the club could definitely have done better, but why did you leave it to the last day?
